Westcoast veteran Kam finally has a new song out!! After his long awaited album “The Self” getting pushed back and still not being out, he has a new song in rotation on 100.3 The Beat!
It’s called “The Message“, produced by Def Jef, and indeed samples the timeless classic by Grandmaster Flash! He talks about the West getting no love, and the hook goes “Don’t play me like Westcoast rap is dead/ Y’all tryin’ not to break no bread a ha HA ha HA“.
The song is set to appear on DJ Tech & King Sway’s new “Back 2 Basics” record.
