Felli Fel let the cat out the bag on the radio yesterday and announced the signing of Hot Dollar. The Compton, Ca/Hattisburg, Ms rapper is Jermaine Dupri‘s first artist as president of Urban Music At Def Jam/Island Records.
Hot Dollar’s single “2 Step” has been creating a huge buzz throughout the country, and finally resulted in the signing. He’s also in the process of releasing a new mixtape hosted by DJ Nik Bean called “Money, Respect, & Techs Vol.1“, which will drop on sunday 3/18/07, just in time for his performance at the Dub car show in L.A.
