Earlier this month we revealed Meech Wells had become one of the first DJ’s to represent Slip N Slide DJ’s on the West Coast. Today we bring you Atlantic Records artist Kaneri Diamond with a Meech Wells and Tha Pusha produced remix to her new single, Moe Money. Although only recently acquainted, Kaneri Diamond and Meech Wells have a natural chemistry in the studio that is evident in their work. They follow-up on the vibe by currently finishing up three additional tracks that are sure to serve as proof that this duo can’t go wrong. Frequent collaborator Kokane, who is currently shooting his reality show called The Legendary Hook Master, plans to take some time in the studio as well to add his funk to one of the tracks.

Meech Wells is no stranger to Dubcnn readers known for his work with such artists as Shaquille O’Neil, Snoop Dogg, Tha Eastsidaz, No Limit Records and Nas. His latest venture of fusing with the Slip N Slide DJ’s is sure to keep him busy but Mr. Wells says he still has time for mixtapes and branding that New West music as evident by his work with Mack Life, 211, Eastwood, Young Joker and The Game just to name a few on his “New West World Order” series Volume 1, Volume 2 and Volume 3.

Born in sunshine state Florida, Kaneri Diamond, is the self-proclaimed “future of female hip-hop” and if you are not on to her sound as of yet then be sure to check out her Myspace page. Moe Money, her latest single, is already receiving BDS spins in the northern, central, and southern regions across the U.S as well as internationally. Kaneri Diamond is receiving global attention for her ingenious punch lines and fresh sound. She has also been nominated for the Indy Artist of the year award at the SEA’s 2009. Dubcnn would like to wish Kaneri the best of luck at the award ceremony.
