Ladies and gentlemen, “I Am The West” is less than a month away! Ice Cube is getting ready to smash the game again with his new solo album, reasserting his place on the throne of West Coast rap.
The first single and video to “I Rep That West” dropped a few months ago, followed up by the controversial “Drink The Kool-Aid” video, which came out a few weeks back. A third leak, “She Couldn’t Make It On Her Own“, featuring Ice Cube’s sons Doughboy and OMG, was released via Cube’s official homepage icecube.com.
Today, dubcnn has received the official album sampler to “I Am The West“, on which you can hear most of the songs on the album and get a good impression of what to expect from the full project which drops online and in stores on September 28th.
