I couldn’t believe when I saw it had been two years since we last had Chi-Town’s own Draztic on Dubcnn. It was October 2008 when we dropped the update Jake Records Introduces Draztic To Dubcnn where we asked the then Jake Records signee about his debut album “The Image of Pain.”
Since that update Draztic has undergone numerous changes including a label move as well as a new group – Nu Magik alongside another Dubcnn familiar artist, Duece Maxwell.
We recently had the opportunity to speak with windy city emcee once again to discuss that Nu Magik and Deuce Maxwell, his new label and of course his upcoming projects. The interview touches on his connections to the westcoast and includes a track to download from the Nu Magik LP The Vintage called “Summer Magik” that features Royal Krown. Enjoy!
