Our affiliates, #WKND recently sat down for an exclusive interview with the man behind the “Real Muthaphukkin’ G’z” music video, Mr. Marty Thomas.
Marty is best known in the music industry for working alongside Ruthless Records and Eazy-E to produce the now legendary music video for Real Muthaphukkin G’z.
In addition to this, he has directed videos for artists such as Xzibit, Above The Law, Skeelo and has worked alongside legendary figures such as Tupac Shakur.
More recently, Marty has started his own successful production company, Ridiculous Pictures and has been working alongside the movie giant, Lionsgate Entertainment to bring us movies such as “A Killer Holiday”.
He is currently working on a new Action / Thriller movie titled “Number 9” which is scheduled for release in 2016.
This interview gives us an insight in to what it was like to work with the Godfather of Gangsta Rap, Eric “Eazy-E” Wright and shows us some rare memorabilia from the time spent working with Eazy-E and the Ruthless Record crew.
