Big Bad 40, E-40, Snoop, Too Short & Xzibit "Welcome 2 Cali" - By : Nima - June 10, 2010

40 Glocc, who has now official changed his rap moniker to Big Bad 40 (pronounced Big Bad Four O), welcomes you to California with a brand-new record, “Welcome To California”, off his upcoming solo project "N.W.A." (New World Agenda), which will be dropping later this summer.
With “Welcome To California” Big Bad 40 recruits some of west coast’s finest to serve one of the hottest west coast records out. The original version of the song only features 40 and Seven, but there will be several remixes coming out featuring the who's who from the West Coast.
This is the first remix, for which 40 reached out to his peers who already set their trends for the West and brought home platinum plaques: Snoop Dogg, E-40, Too Short and Xzibit. The homie Seven is on the hook and production was provided by multi-platinum producer Darren Vegas:

40 Glocc has already been heating up the airwaves with his the initial single "Damn", featuring singer/reality tv star Ray J (if you missed it, click here) and is putting the finishing touches on the forthcoming "N.W.A." project.

In April we gave you the latest news on Nipsey Hussle, informing you about his deal with BMI and the continuing preperation of "South Central State of Mind" his debut album.
The album is set to feature production from heavy-hitters Justice League, Cool and Dre, J.R. Rotem and more. Today we have a track to drop which is called "Here Goes Nothing" produced by The Runners and has unbelievably been floating around the internet for months yet has barely been noticed.

Las Vegas based member of the acclaimed Cali Untouchable DJs, September 7th is back again on Dubcnn with another mixtape from his long running "Western Hospitality" Mixtape Series, this time with Volume 15.
The 15th installment has arrived with some help from DJ Vida V! This potent combination of west coast music contains music by artists such as Nipsey Hussle, Game, E-40, Ice Cube, G. Malone, Mitchy Slick, Bad Lucc, Slauson Boyz, Young Knox, Crooked I, Kurupt, Lil Bam, Sly Boogy, Mistah F.A.B. and more! All of the artists featured have contributed funds to this project that will go to the DJ Hideo fund.
DJ Hideo, who was a good friend of September 7th, died in April this year after a battle with cancer. September 7th told Dubcnn; "He was a friend of mine and I will never forget the support and friendship he extended to me while battling cancer. I sincerely thank all the artists that answered my call and got down for the cause by contributing music for this special project. You have my thanks! Now let's spread the word, enjoy the music and 'Live Life'!"

Inglewood's Disko is best known for dropping his projects "Tha Proof" and "Turnt Up" as well as producing tracks for the likes of Glasses Malone, Roscoe, or Problem's hit single "I'm Toe Up".

As promised, Game and DJ Skee delivered the highly anticipated mixtape "The Red Room" a few hours ago. The mixtape starts off the Skeemix of "400 Bars", on which Game now raps to 50 different beats that Skee mixed in.
Features include Black Wall Street affiliates Menace, X.O., Juice, Maad Maxx, Kanary Diamonds, Mysonne, as well as Diddy, Busta Rhymes, Fabolous, Nipsey Hussle, Jim Jones, Jadakiss, Bizzy Bone, Hurricane Chris, Lil Wayne, Birdman, Pharrell and K-Young.
Production was handled by Scoop Deville, Pharrell, Ryan Leslie, Marion Winans, Just Blaze, Dready, Bink, Cool & Dre amongst others. Now that's a crazy lineup right there. I'm about to listen to this myself for the first time, I just had to get this up real quick so ya'll can downlad it:
