Part 2 caused an uproar amongst fans due to the comments Snoop Dogg made towards Crooked I, and Crook got to speak his part of the story in an exclusive interview we conducted with him the same day. That was only the second part of our four-part feature on Snoop Dogg.
It's time for Part 3, check it out below:
Snoop Dogg & Dubcnn - The Interview: Part 3
In Part 3, we start off with the question about The Game and the Change Of Heart tape, and whether Snoop believes that that hurt Game's credibilty. He speaks on Dogghouse producer Terrace Martin and why we're only getting to hear him now, aswell as some more info on "Blue Carpet Treatment", and why he chose to go back to the hood with this one.
The main topic in Part 3 however is Dr. Dre. Snoop goes in depth, tells us how he wishes the good Doctor would come back to the West Coast, and put some New West artists on, as well as his work process, the "Detox" project, and more.
We end this part with the question about Snoop Dogg selling out, and why he chose to do the moves that he did.
Be on the lookout for Part 4, where Snoop talks about working with Pharrell, why he doesn't get Dr. Dre to do his whole record, and what he thinks of people claiming Dr. Dre steals beats from people without giving them their proper credit. We go into detail regarding the production of The Chronic and other Death Row albums, as well as Snoop's views on Dr. Dre, Daz and others as producers.
Snoop Dogg explains why dubcnn is a good way for him to speak his mind compared to other internet companies, and we end the interview with some more words on Spider Loc, 40 Glocc and Crooked I.
Also, for those wanting the final answer on whether Dr. Dre has production on "Blue Carpet Treatment" or not, you will get your answer in Part 4! Stay tuned to dubcnn.

A new week with new faces here on Dubcnn. Maybe new to Dubcnn, but definitely not new to Hip Hop. When it comes to being an OG, you certainly don't have to be a rapper to earn that title. This man has seen the very first week of Hip Hop and he chosed to take a total different direction than the average emcee. We're talking about Taadow, founder and owner of Taadow West Clothing Company (formerly known as Leak Wear).
The New York born and raised businessman started early in the game making custom clothing for the likes of Bad Boy Records and Loud Records, which led to his big break on the West Coast.
"I connected with Loud Records to make all their sweatshirt from Xzibit, M.O.P., Wu-Wang, and them." Taadow told Dubcnn. "All their sweatshirts got Leak wear stamp on the sleeves. So I had the budget for the whole Loud Records for the last 2 years. Al Pittman, Xzibit's security guard, he hooked me up with Dr. Dre and showed him some shit that I created, and that nigga loved it! Dre was like 'I want this as the official Up In Smoke tour shirt'. I was like 'No doubt!', so I ended up clicking with Dre cause he wanted me to do some more shit. Plus me and my man MC Serch was holding down Eminem. Somebody else was supposed to be doing their tour, but I just took the shit over. The niggas just had to fall back! Nobody wanted their shit, it became a Leak tour! First the ad with Dre came up, then I did the ad with WC. So it went down. I made custom shit for Snoop, and then Snoop came out with his line. Then we did shows in Vegas together. Snoop had just dropped his Snoop Dogg Clothing, so it was a family thing!" he continued.
Not only has Taadow been showing as much love to the West Coast as to his hometown, but he'a also getting that same love and respect back from the big boys in L.A. who opened up their doors to him.
"Me being from New York, once it came down, I got out there to L.A. and the love was shown to me from cats who didn't even know me. Like Dre, dude got a million cats around trying to get at him all the time and trying to do the same thing as me. Dude didn't know me from a hole in the wall, and he opened up his doors to me. Why? I got tired of asking why! Why did this man bless me with this shit? Cause I'm Taadow nigga! That's why. And I got my shit on lock. I got respect from the top notch cats. My communication shows it, my work shows it, my ads show it. We did 5 million in the first year, it was like magic!" Taadow said.
Dubcnn sat down with Taadow to discuss his background story and he tells us how it all started for him. Taadow speaks about getting his big break with Leak Wear to creating Taadow West Clothing Company. He also tells us where the quality difference lies in comparison to Dickies and other lines. Taadow then speaks about his future plans including a new deal with Ice Cube, negotiating with Suge Knight in the past, working with Hood Surgeon, and much more.
On top of that we also have a bunch of exclusive never before seen pictures of the Up In Smoke tour crew. Check in to see notables like Dre, Snoop, Warren G, Bad Azz, Tray Deee, WC, Xzibit, Mel-Man, Eminem, Proof (R.I.P.), and many more rockin' Leak Wear during the tour.
This won't be the last time you will see Taadow on Dubcnn. Next up we will have a contest coming up in the near future to offer Dubcnn readers the chance to win a package of Taadow West gear. Stay tuned to Dubcnn and hit the link below to read the interview.

Bigg Snoop Dogg's ninth album "Ego Trippin'" is getting closer to its release, which is March 11th, and while "Sexual Eruption" is doing its thing on the radio,a new song from the album has leaked out called "Neva Have 2 Worry".
The feedback to the song has been very positive online, Snoop flows well over the laid back Niggarachi & Terrace Martin production, while Uncle Chucc laces a smooth hook. The Doggfather takes you on a trip through his career, go ahead and reminisce with him:
Snoop Dogg - Neva Have 2 Worry (ft. Uncle Chucc) (STREAM)
This definitely sounds promising, we're anxious to hear the rest of the album. The legendary Teddy Riley produced on the album, as well as Snoop Dogg himself as Niggarachi, Terrace Martin, Rick Rock, Scoop DeVille and DJ Quik, who also mixed the album. We'll keep you updated on the album, so keep it locked to dubcnn.

Dubcnn had the great opportunity to sit down with the Bay Area rapper who's one step away from shaking up the industry, Clyde Carson. Of course we dicussed his highly anticipated debut solo album "Theatre Music" and Clyde gives us the real reason why it got pushed back so often. He also speaks on his deal with Blackwallstreet/Capitol, his universal sound and the reception in other regions, his influences and his fans, and much more.
As mentioned in the interview, Clyde is about to drop his next single from "Theatre Music" called "Cali State of Mind" featuring The Game with production by Ty Fyffe. A while ago KRS One announced that he would be re-launching his "Stop The Violence!" movement for 2008, and shortly later video footage of a recording session in Los Angeles was posted online, where you could see KRS One, Nelly, The Game, Cassidy, Chamillionaire, Busta Rhymes and many more in the studio recording their verses for a track called "Self Construction".
A total of 55 MC's laid verses for the track, we don't have all the names but it was a healthy mix of mainstream and underground artists. Yesterday a short version of the song leaked.
This version features Nelly, Styles P, Redman, The Game, Rakaa, Busta Rhymes, Redman, Method Man, Ne-Yo, Talib Kweli and more. We can't wait for the full version to come out, but until then go ahead and check out the short version of the song below:

I just had to come back before this weekend was over to bring you another dose of music. We dropped several exclusive joints in the first Weekend Audio update yesterday, but we've recieved some new heat from Mistah FAB, Bad Lucc, Jean Grae and Epic, that we had to drop right away.
The first track is a posse cut by the Watts Riot Bad Lucc, Halla, S-Mak and Sincere Blak Poet. This is some of that West Coast underground heat, the track is called "N.R.A. (National Rhymers Association)", make sure to check it out below:

Next up is a new Mistah FAB solo track called "Umm Hmm", produced by Hyphy producer Traxamillion. If you like those minimalistic productions, this is for you. Check out "Umm Hmm" below:

You can also check out a preview of Snoop Dogg on VH1' Storytellers performing "Life Of Da Party" with Mistah FAB by clicking here.
Let's get to a new track by one of the hardest female artists in the game today, Blacksmith recording artist Jean Grae. The talented rapper and singer is currently working on her album "Jeanious", and has leaked a remix to her song "Love Thirst", featuring Busta Rhymes.
Check out the track, and cop "Jeanious", in stores June 17th!

Last but not least is a track by Inland Empire rapper Epic, a diss track to be exact. The I.E. Hip-Hop Award winner took offence to some of the statements fellow I.E. rapper Lunch made in his dubcnn interview (click here), and has released a new track called "Lunch Time", aimed at the rapper. We're back with more information today on the now-infamous Bishop Lamont & DJ Strong situation. For those that don't know, DJ Strong allegedly was the one behind the leak of Bishop's latest street album "The Confessional" last weekend. We've just been sent a video that shows Bishop Lamont & Taje confronting Strong in person, and other footage of Bishop & DJ Warrior discussing the situation.
Bishop Lamont Confronts DJ Strong [Video]
Next, we have a statement just released by DJ Warrior, who is a former business partner of Strong's.
"Brian Bradshaw [DJ Strong] was a business partner of mine until March 2007. He has stolen money from the company, and also hasn't paid back owed money. He gave my brand, Hip-Hop West, a bad name, after I put this guy in the game. He's been illegally using the Hip-Hop West name to make money for a while...and bootlegging mine and other DJs' CDs such as DJ Vlad, from back in the day.
I was told by other dudes that he has a bad attitude and steals from people. It was becoming too crazy, to where I didn't want him to hurt the Cali Untouchables brand. DJ Strong is not a part of the Cali Untouchable DJs, and/or associated with the Cali Untouchables brand, period. He's a total crazy guy who has no love for hip hop, or the music industry. He just wants make money, he don't stand for nothing, and he's always biting other people.
There's so many people out there that don't want to deal with him or do business with him. He sells the Bishop Lamont Unauthorized CD, puts his name on it after he was told not to, and sells the master to over 10 bootleggers for few hundred dollars each. The New West has banned this guy from hip-hop.
Earlier this year, this guy wanted to be a cop because all the financial problems and some of the back pay he had paid me, after I found out he was stealing money from the company. This guy is worse than Empire, who illegally put the Lil Wayne CD out. This guy is a disgrace to hip hop. This is another major reason why hip-hop is hurting a little."
We'll keep you updated as always with the latest developments.

This could very well be a contender for fasted response to a diss ever. Barely 24 hours after 50 Cent leaked a phone conversation between himself and former G-Unit aritst Young Buck, where Buck has a breakdown, cries and asks 50 for help (click here if you missed it). Reactions ranged from shock to laughter to pitty, but nobody expected Young Buck to react so quickly.
Apparently, the conversation that was leaked is from about a year ago when Buck and 50 had their first conflict. Buck just leaked a track called "The Taped Conversation", where he responds to 50 Cent and reacts to the tape.
The song has been getting very positive feedback and it looks like the public feels with Buck, as that was a very private conversation that was aired cold-bloodedly. Make up your own mind on the situation, go ahead and check out Young Buck's "The Taped Conversation" below:
Young Buck - The Taped Conversation (50 Cent Diss)
It will be interesting to see how this develops. A Buck & Game collaboration seems almost mandatory! We'll keep you up to date...

Everybody was waiting for it ever since Young Buck announced his departure from G-Unit: Young Buck and The Game reconnecting and uniting. It looks like the predictions were correct, because after the drama around the leaked phone conversation between 50 Cent and Young Buck and Young Buck's response track, The Game has released his own remix of the song where he takes Buck's side and attacks 50 Cent and the rest of G-Unit. It's only a matter of time before we hear Buck and Game on the same song. Naturally this is the talk of the internet right now! After repeatedly stating that there would be no more G-Unit disses, it looks like Buck's fate has made Game go at it again.
We have the "Taped Conversation" remix right here for you to check out:
The Game - The Taped Conversation (Remix) (G-Unit Diss)
At the same time, G-Unit rapper Spider Loc has released a track called "Lean On Me", where he takes shots at Young Buck. Also featured on the track is West Coast Ruff Ryder Kartoon, check it out below:

Another week has passed and as we have been doing for the past eight weeks, it's about time for another Weekend Audio edition on dubcnn. This week we have a couple brand new heaters as well as a few tracks that came out recently that might have been slept on, including Nipsey Hussle & The Game, DJ Muggs & Planet Asia and Robin Thicke amongst others.
Let's blast off with with a new Nipsey Hussle joint. The South Central rapper literally emerged out of nowhere and has been creating a buzz through his single "Let's Roll" with The Game and his "Bullets Ain't Got No Name" mixtape.
The Game recently went on the air on Power 106 and gave it up to Nipsey, calling him the next rapper to come up from the West Coast. It looks like Game is really endorsing Nipsey right about now, as he also jumped on a remix to the title track off the "Bullets Ain't Got No Name" mixtape, which you can download below:
Nipsey Hussle - Bullets (Remix) (ft. The Game)
The next track we have for you today is the lead single off DJ Muggs and Planet Asia collaboration album "Pain Language", called "9MM". The b-side to the single, "That's What It Is", was featured in an earlier Weekend Audio update. "9MM" is another raw joint that I'm sure all the Soul Assassins heads are going to be feeling. Planet Asia and Muggs have sounds that really compliments each other, check out "9MM" below:
DJ Muggs vs Planet Asia - 9MM
Let's get to a new track by producer/rapper Tekneek aka Tek Nizzle of the Tangled Thoughts. The Philly native who moved out to California two years ago to release the "Philly 2 Cali" with his group under the supervision of Kurupt has been working hard, supplying beats to a wide range of artists in the game. He's currently back in Philadelphia working on some solo tracks, one of which he sent us exclusively to put out. The track is called "Neighborhood Celeb" and finds him collaborating with female MC Trish Barnes. Check it out:
Tekneek - Neighborhood Celeb (ft. Trish Barnes)

Next up is a new Spider Loc single called "Chillax", off the Loc's upcoming street album "The N-gga U Love To Hate", in stores next Tuesday, June 24th. Spider Loc has got people talking right now with his recent diss track to Young Buck, following Buck's "F-ck G-Unit" statement at a concert. What we have for you right now is on a different note though, this is a laid back track called "Chillax" to which Spider is also planning to shoot a video. To listen to the track, click below:
Spider Loc - Chillax
One of the biggest talents to emerge on the East Coast - scrap that - in Hip-Hop as a whole, has been Termanology. The Latino rapper from Massachusetts has been endorsed by DJ Premier and has through his numerous mixtapes proven his gift of gab. While he's putting the finishing touches on his debut LP "Hood Politics" (producers include DJ Premier, Hi-Tek, Pete Rock, Alchemist, Havoc, Buckwild and Nottz), he has leaked a new remix to "Welcome To The Machine", with Lil Fame of M.O.P. and Easy Money:
Termanology - Welcome To The Machine (ft. Lil Fame & Easy Money)
Last but not least is a track that could very well become the summer hit of 2008. I know this has been out for a few weeks, but I figured some of you might not be familiar with it yet so I decided to drop it with the Weekend Audio. I'm talking about Robin Thicke's new single "Magic". The talented singer has been steadily on the come up since his smash hit "Lost Without You" last year, recently also blessing Lil Wayne's album on "Tie My Hands", arguably the best track on "Carter 3". His new song "Magic" is not to be slept on, check it out:
Robin Thicke - Magic
We're done for this week, come back next weekend for more Weekend Audio!

It's almost been a year since the release of Terrace Martin's critically acclaimed street album "Signal Flow", which originally dropped in conjunction with DJ Skee and Snoop Dogg. The CD featured the likes of Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Busta Rhymes, The Game, Too Short, Kurupt, Problem, J. Black and Uncle Chucc and showcased Terrace's superb production and rhyming skills. However, ever since its release, fans have been patiently waiting for an untagged version of "Signal Flow" to come out so they can enjoy the full listening experience without the DJ tags which were on the mixtape version.
It almost looked like it wasn't gonna happen, but dubcnn came through for ya'll! We have the pleasure of bringing you Terrace Martin's debut street album "Signal Flow" in full untagged CD quality, with a couple of exclusives which were added to the untagged version. That includes a new intro, new interludes with Problem, and a new track that wasn't on the original version.
To download the untagged version of "Signal Flow", click below:

Here is the bonus track featured on the untagged version, it's called "Ridin' Music" and features Kurupt and Problem. This is West Coast Hip-Hop at its finest, check it out:

Terrace decided to drop this as a gift for the fans, right before he follows up with his new project "Locke High", in conjunction with DJ Drama and Snoop Dogg. To find out all about that street album, look out for dubcnn's new interview with Terrace Martin dropping this coming week where we discuss it in detail.

Once again it's time for another edition of dubcnn's Weekend Audio! This week went by so fast it feels like the last Weekend Audio just dropped yesterday, but don't worry we've got enough dope new music for ya'll, as usual! We've got a healthy mix this week, from Chino XL's new single, some new Termanology, to a Juice and Crooked I collaboration.
Let's get things going with a new Chino XL solo track off his album "The Secret". The production was provided by super producer DJ Khalil, you might know the beat from the unreleased Xzibit track "On My Way" which leaked.
The beat was too dope to stay unreleased and Chino definitely did his thing on it, it's called "I'm Coming" and is set to appear on "The Secret", which will be dropping on Machete/Universal Records this summer. Check it out:
Chino XL - I'm Coming (Prod. by DJ Khalil)

We're gonna follow up this high energy track with another one of the same caliber, this time by Black Wall Street rapper Juice on a collaboration with Long Beach's own Crooked I. From what we were told, The Game is also going to record a verse to the final version of the track, but this is what we have for now. The track is called "I Do It" and is a potential album track for Juice's debut solo project. You can also expect to hear Juice on the upcoming "You Know What It Is Vol. 5" mixtape that's coming very soon.
Juice - I Do It (ft. Crooked I)
Next up is a track somebody who's been present in most of the Weekend Audio updates so far: Termanology. That only goes to show how tough his grind is, blasting out quality material on a weekly basis. The joint we have for you today is called "Talking To God" and finds Term pondering on current issues going on the Game including Kanye West comparing Soulja Boy to Nas or Puff Daddy putting Lil Wayne on Biggie's level. His flow is on point as always and he picked the classic "Sean Carter" intro beat to rap over . Check out "Talking To God":
Termanology - Talking To God

Let's get to a new mixtape joint by Top Dawg Ent's own K. Dot. Through his "A Milli" remix, he already show us how he can ride a Lil Wayne track, and to further prove his point he's followed it up with another joint over a "Carter 3" beat, the Maestro-produced "3 Peat" intro track to be exact. First, for those who missed K.Dot's current smash single "Hater Love" produced by Cool & Dre, click here to catch up on that. Okay, now proceed to the "3 Peat" remix, shouts out to DJ Ill Will:
K. Dot - 3 Peat (Remix)
The next track we have for you is by up and coming female MC from Philadelphia Trish Barnes. You heard her with Tekneek aka Tek Nizzle on "Neighborhood Celeb" last week and now we're back with a Trish collabo with Gillie Da Kid, Ab-Liva (Re-Up Gang) and Marsha Ambrosia of Floetry. They collectively flow over Snoop Dogg's classic "G'z And Hustlaz" track, this is something for both you West Coasters and East Coasters. Philly's in the house:

Today marks the third month since we started our weekly Weekend Audio drops here on dubcnn, and we'd like to thank everybody for the positive feedback to this new feature. We've got lots of great tracks again this week, Clyde Carson's single with The Game, a Young Buck collabo with C-Bo and Brotha Lynch and some new Crooked I, to name a few.
Let's set things off the new single from Black Wall Street's Bay Area representative Clyde Carson, who fans have been patiently waiting for, as his solo album "Theater Music" has been pushed back repeatedly.
After a potential hit single in "Doin' Dat" with Sean Kingston which never took off due to sample clearance issues, Clyde is now launching another attempt with his new The Game-assisted track "Cali State Of Mind". A snippet of the track leaked a while ago, here goes the full track below:
Clyde Carson - Cali State Of Mind (ft. The Game)
The next track we have for you is a Dirty South/West Coast collaboration. I'm talking about former G-Unit rapper Young Buck going up to Sacramento for some of that Northern Cali fire. He hooked up with C-Bo and Brotha Lynch Hung for a track called "What Did Ya'll Do" which was supposed to appear on his "Product Of The South" compilation, which for obvious reasons hasn't dropped yet. The song is heat, Lynch destroys the beat, we need that album Lynch!! Check out "What Did Ya'll Do" below:
Young Buck - What Did Ya'll Do (ft. C-Bo & Brotha Lynch Hung)
Even though Crooked I stopped doing his "Hip-Hop Weekly" series, he's been feeding his fans new tracks on a regular basis. He recently entered Vibe.com's Best Rapper Alive contest where through different rounds they're going to pick a winner. Crooked is going up against The Game in the first round. To view all the brackets, click here. We have his entry track for you, he raps over Kanye West's "Stronger" beat, check it out:
Crooked I - Stronger (Vibe.com Freestyle)
Next up is a track with an artist who's been quiet for way too long. I'm talking about Sly Boogy from the I.E., who for a minute seemed like he was going to be the next to blow for the coast. He's been M.I.A. for the last two years and we're glad to bring you a new track that he's featured on. He hooked up with up and coming Orange County group Ill-Lit for a track called "The Life We Live", which will be appearing on Ill-Lit's upcoming album dropping later this year. The track was produced by South Gate's J. Steez, who's been working with Ill-Lit for a minute. Check out the song below:
Ill-Lit - The Life We Live (ft. Sly Boogy) (Prod. by J Steez)
Let's get to another up and coming group out of California, the production team Traklordz. The Bay Area producer duo is currently working on their album "Loose Cannonz", which will feature guest appearances by E-40, Glasses Malone, Keak Da Sneak, Clyde Carson, The Jacka, Turf Talk, San Quinn, Big Rich and Ya Boy amongst others. A first single off the project has been leaked, it's called "I'm A Hustla" and features Glasses Malone, Eddie Projex and Shu 100. Click below to check it out:
Traklordz - I'm A Hustla (ft. G. Malone, Eddie Projex & Shu 100)
Last but not least, we have a throwback joint for ya'll to close this week's "Weekend Audio" update. Kansas City's own Tech N9ne dropped his latest album "Killer" this month, for which we caught up with him for an in-depth interview (click here if you missed it). To celebrate the release, I went and popped some old Tecca Nina CD's in the deck and decided to bring you one of my personal favorites as a throwback joint. I'm talking about "This Ring", off Tech N9ne's album "Anghellic". You should all know the song, if you don't make sure to check it out below:
Tech N9ne - This Ring (Prod. by IcyRoc)
We're done, come back next week for more Weekend Audio!

Ever since the rumors surfaced about The Game replacing Mack 10 in Westside Connection, fans have been waiting to hear the trio's first collaboration on Ice Cube's upcoming album "Raw Footage" on the track "Get Used To It", which features both The Game and WC.
The song leaked early this morning and so far there have been mixed feelings towards the track. Those who were expecting a cliché West Coast banger will be dissapointed, the beat has a southern feel to it and the hook is rather simple, but there is no denying that the MC's do their thing on the track.
The Game probably comes off hardest, with a flow reminiscent of some old school Ice Cube stuff, with Cube and Dub both delivering solid verses. It's also nice to hear the voice who did the intro's on both Westside Connection albums featured at the end of the track.
Listen to "Get Used To It" below:
Ice Cube - Get Used To It (ft. WC & The Game) (Stream)
Don't forget "Raw Footage" is dropping August 19th!

It's been a minute since we had some news on the "Soo Woop Movement" compilation which Inglewood OG Big Wy has been putting together with Checkmate Ent for the past year. A few months back a track off the project had leaked, "Salute Me", which featured Mistah FAB and J Sean, along with Big Wy.
A new track has just been sent out, and it's a big one! Big Wy reached out to Mack 10, Jim Jones and an auto-tuned up The Game to come assist him and represent the Soo Woop movement on a track called "Big Boys".
Check out "Big Boys" below:
Big Wy - Big Boys (ft. Mack 10, Jim Jones & The Game)
Spread the track and stay tuned for more news on the "Soo Woop Movement" compilation as we get it.

It's been a few weeks since we dropped our last Weekend Audio update - appologies for that. I've been caught up but I decided it's time to catch up a little, and even though technically the weekend is over, I'm still up so here goes a little Weekend Audio catch up update.
We've got the new single from super producer Alchemist, who's getting ready to drop his new album called "Chemical Warfare" in November. As expected from ALC, he cooked up a big song for the first single and reached out to top spitters Jadakiss and Pusha T as well as Snoop Dogg to handle the hook.
The result is a banger called "Lose Your Life", check it out below:
Alchemist - Lose Your Life (ft. Snoop Dogg, Jadakiss & Pusha T)
Next up is a joint off Sandman's upcoming solo mixtape "#1 Supplya". This will be Sandman's first project since his unfortunate split from The Re-Up Gang, due to his dissatifaction with the way the Re-Up Gang album was handled. He reached out to Tekneek to provide him with a hot beat and the West Coast came full force on this one: the three Gotti brothers, Kurupt, Roscoe and Tri-Star all jump on the track, along with Dundidit. The West Coast is gonna feel this one, check out "Make It Clear" below:
Sandman - Make It Clear (ft. Kurupt, Roscoe, Tri-Star & Dundidit)
I'm positive that everybody on dubcnn is aware of Planet Asia's latest collaboration album with DJ Muggs called "Pain Language". But knowing P.A., he usually has more than one project in the works simultaneously! A project some of you might not be aware of is "Planet F.L.O.", which finds Planet Asia teaming up with his longtime friend and Frisco artist F.L.O for a whole album, in collaboration with My M.O. productions. Raw underground Hip-Hop meets the Yay! The first single, "Dem Boyz Go", check it out below:
Planet Asia & F.L.O. - Dem Boyz Go
Let's get to some heat straight out of Inglewood, CA, one third of the Dubb Union to be exact, Damani. The self-titled Dubb Union album dropped a few weeks ago through Koch Records (make sure to pick that up if you haven't yet), but Damani is also not letting down on his solo grind. A new track has been leaked out, produced by his long time friend Warren "Baby Dubb" Campbell, called "Take Somethin' Home". The track features Fatman Scoop and is definitely something to get the party going. Check out "Take Somethin' Home" below:
Damani - Take Somethin' Home (ft. Fatman Scoop)
Next up is a track off one of the most highly anticipated albums coming out of Los Angeles this year. I'm talking about Murs' major label debut on Warner Bros, "Murs For President". The buzz is building and the fans are waiting to see what the creative L.A. rhymer is going to come up with this time around. The track we have for you is called "Time Is Now" and features none other than Big Snoop Dogg, while the soulful Latoya Williams provides the hook. Production comes courtesy of Niggarachi (Snoop Dogg & Terrace Martin):
Murs - Time Is Now (ft. Snoop Dogg & Latoya Williams)
Last but not least, we have a new joint from TJ Santana from the Young Hoggs. He's currently working on his "West Coast Succs Right Now" EP dropping through RBC Records soon, off the back of his buzz single with the same name, which we premiered on dubcnn a few months ago. This track right here is on a more positive note and samples the Beverly Hills Cop theme (yes it does). To find out what TJ cooked up, check out "Beverly Hills Cop Song (Fucc'd Me A White Girl)" below:
TJ Santana - Beverly Hills Cop Song (Fucc'd Me A White Girl)
That's it for now, we hope you enjoy!

Dubcnn has once again teamed up with a DJ that our Forum Members and some regular readers will be familiar with. DJ R-Tistic is the L.A. based DJ and Producer that was one of the first to record material with Black Wall Street including tracks with G Malone, Game, Kam, Billboard and Ya Boy.
More recently he has graduated from Florida A&M where he was an official campus DJ and, since May of this year, he has been found across Los Angeles DJing events in Long Beach, Compton, Gardena and Hollywood with his Technics 1200s.
He is also now affiliated with T-Pain's Nappy Boy Entertainment and working at E! Entertainment. With all this going on he still found time to link up with Dubcnn to release a brand new mixtape featuring some of the hottest new music professionally mixed. "DJ R-Tistic Presents: U.S.C. We've got a new joint today from the Strong Arm Steady gang called "Butt Naked". The song is produced by Kyhill and it's another leak off the upcoming Strong Arm Steady mixtape "Gang Mentality", which is being put out together with DJ Clinton Sparks.
If you're familiar with the Strong Arm Steady mixtapes from a few years back you will remember that this is how they got their foot in the game by releasing tons of quality work and taking the mixtape scene on the West Coast by storm. "Gang Mentality" shouldn't be any different!

It's hard to believe two years have already passed since Bay Area Hip-Hop veterans Zion I [DJ AmpLive & MC Zion] released the acclaimed collaboration album with The Grouch of Living Legends "Heroes In The City Of Dope" - for fans it sounds as fresh and as the day it dropped - for those that never picked it up we want to awaken you once again to Zion I.
Firstly lets re-cap with two tracks from "Heroes In The City Of Dope." The duo and The Grouch linked up with Mistah F.A.B. for Hit 'Em produced by AmpLive and we also have Trains & Planes also produced by AmpLive.
Now that fans and the curious alike are switched on lets move onwards with the new material from Zion I we have today. Zion I are currently heating up to release their latest album "The TakeOver" due for release on January 27th 2009 via Gold Dust / Live Up - regular visitors will have already heard two new tracks on the Gold Dust Media Sampler (Mixed By Large Pro) that we dropped back in August.
One of the tracks on that Sampler has been made the lead single from "The TakeOver" and a video has just been completed. "Juicy Juice" is the track and once again is produced by AmpLive. The video is a spontaneous and fun take on being at the top of one's game. See for yourself why the Oakland duo won't stop ballin' 'till there's plaques on the wall.
Zion I - Juicy Juice (Video)
As if that wasn't enough to whet your appetite for the release of "The TakeOver" Zion I have been leaking innovative tracks including remixes, verses and interpretations of/by the likes of Santogold, Public Enemy, Talib Kweli & more. The time has now come for those leaks to form a free mixtape entitled "The Search And The Seizure". This free project is built for heavy walkman rotation in the classic sense, the A-side features Zion I putting their spin on hip-hop classics, with the B-side stepping into indie rock and electro territory. Boom-bap addicts and fans of Amp's recent remixes for Radiohead, Jamie Lidell, Tapes N Tapes and more should have plenty to sink their teeth into.
We have "The Search And The Seizure" for Free Download as in mixtape format and also both Side A and Side B available to listen to or download individually via our Streaming Audio pages. The full tracklist and Old-School cassette covers are available on the Mixtape Download Page too.

Last month Joe Budden had the internet going nuts when he unleashed a "high calibre MC collaboration track" from his "Halfway House" release. Royce Da 5'9, Crooked I, Nino Bless and Joell Ortiz hopped on the Scram Jones produced Slaughterhouse (Remix).
That remix spawned the news that four of those lyrical monsters [Crooked I, Joe Budden, Royce Da 5'9" & Joel Ortiz] have decided to joined forces under the title of that breakout track; Slaughterhouse. The group got straight back in the studio and leaked another track that whet fans appetites even more with Onslaught.
Today Joe Budden is back on Dubcnn with yet another new track however not from "Halfway House" or the Slaughterhouse project but a track from his sophomore album "Padded Room" that is set for CD & Digital release on February 24, 2009 via Amalgam Digital. The track, entitled "The Future" sees Buddens link up with The Game for a sure radio and club hit. We have the track below for download and for those of you that want to listen in our streaming and embeddable audio players.
