JENNIFER LOPEZ is calling it quits with long time manager BENNY MEDINA.

Together Jennifer has become one of the most successful female entertainers in the world, yet despite this success she has still decided to fire three key members of her team: her manager (Medina), her booking agent, AND her publicist. It is said that her fiancée BEN AFFLECK strongly influenced this decision because he didn't like Medina and wanted to have more influence on her career.

Her agency called Endeavor demanded that she fire her manager BENNY MEDINA because he was difficult to work with, so J. Lo fired both! Jennifer has developed an image as the most demanding diva in show business, but it appears that it was Medina, and not her, that was making the outrageous demands. So now she hopes with a new publicity company that she can erase that negative image.
