Mary J Blidge  - Love at First Sight featuring Method Man

Has anyone else heard this track?  Its going to be on Mary's new album, but I dont think I like this song at all.  The beat just doesnt fit for me, Method Man comes off tight, but Mary sounds fuckin weird over the beat they used.  Even if the song was on Meths album, I dont know if it would fit in.

i agree...the beat really doesnt match the rest of the song...when i first heard she was doing another one w/ meth i was so excited cuz i was thinking she would do a "you're all i need" type track or atleast one as dope as that...but i was very dissapointed...maybe we can still hope for some dope remixes to come off this song?

Blazing beat, Meth is off the hook, and Mary does her usual thing.. can't really ask for more.

I mean I could see someone like the Clipse getting down on this beat or something harder, but for Mary J and an R&B track with all that singing and whatnot, I thought the vocals didnt match the beat at all.

my first listen i wasnt feeling this whatsoever...now i have been listening to it a few more times...this track really is dope after a few listens...meth really rips it (as always)...and i'm liking the beat more and more.

thats what i was expecting too...its funny though...i was in the car and i had the radio low and this song came on...i didnt turn it up but i could barely hear it...all i could really hear was the beat. and faint voices but i could tell it was meth...next thing i know i start rapping the words to meths verse (dont remember if its his first or second...the one that starts with "i got a love jones, for your body and yo skin tone" right along with the beat...if you sped his verses up just a tiny bit they would fit perfectly...first thing i thought was damn that would be a dope remix!
