The story I'm hearing is that he wanted to leave to take care of some personal things. His whole family is from New Orleans. Maybe he wanted to go home and help rebuild. Either way, it looks like he could come back down the road if he wanted to.

Droz still works for the WWE, but he's paralyzed in a chair.  I think he writes (talks?) a column on WWE.com.

D Lo Brown powerbombed Droz and he landed right on his head and broke his neck and was paralyzed instantly. I bet D Lo felt like shit when he realized he paralyzed a dude in the ring.

He's worthless and fat. They just gave him this huge contract because they were out for a credible Olympic medal winner and he got the silver in weightlifting. Bad business decision.

You know Vince has been waiting for this day, the day he releases that HUGE contract. hopefully they spend the money to get The Rock in the ring.

What a waste of a superstar Mark Henry is. Id rather have Shawn Stasiak as "Meat" come back instead of him.

^ Plus like we talked about on the other thread, what's Mark Henry do the first minute he's back?  Injure the fuckin' heavyweight champ of the world, the most charismatic and entertaining guy they've got, their bigggest brightest superstar, Dave Batista.

The saddest ever injury I think was Bret Hart.  What a fucking tragedy.  I'm not a huge hitman fan, but it's like this.  Bret Hart was one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, technically, in the ring.  He spent his entire career studying wrestling, and working nearly flawless matches.  He never hurt, 1 single fucking person.  The entire time he's in the ring, he's protecting the other guy, and putting on 1 hell of a match, safely, and still making it look great.  Along comes a hack like Bill Goldberg, and in their 1 match or whatever, Bill decides, that as an offense, he's going to kick one of the greatest, smoothest, slickest, most beautiful wrestlers of all time straight in the head.  So Bret Hart spends his entire career wrestling slick and beautiful, and ends up in the ring with a guy who just kicks him full-steam in the fucking head.  Ends his career, probably had something to do with his stroke he suffered a few years later, as well.  That's so fucked up on so many levels it's not even funny.
