Their new album "Firewater".......what's everyone else think of this?.....I think it's a SOLID album with VERY few skippable tracks...gonna give it a few more listens but it's def a heater!!!!
-
havent had time to cop it, gonna get it asap
how many stars out of 5 would yall give it?
-
I would say 4 out of 5 stars. Not a classic, but a VERY dope album overall. IMO, better than DJ Quik's "Trauma" (and I know that was a dope album)

3 out of 5???lmao I respect everyone's opinion but c'mon, Im sure the album deserves a better rating.
-
havent had the chance to buy it yet.. probably wait til it drops over here in the uk instead of importing it. looking forward to hearing it though
-
i like it :D
-
Only heard 3 cuts from the album, the 2 that Dub hooked up (collabos wit King T, Bishop & Styliztik) & the flute song. All Tha Liks LPs have been solid and cant wait to get a copy of this one. It isnt released for another 5 days over herre so I cant rate it yet.

so you're criticizing a review even though u havent heard the album?
-
itz 3/5 coz:
Note: There were tracks missing from the advance copy, including “Do It,” “Get Into It” and “On Tha Floor.” Hence, the final rating is based only on the other 11 tracks.

Exactly, it is what it is, a snapshot and opinion designed to give readers an idea of how it sounds - thats the nature of a reviews, some will agree, others wont - its not classic, it serves its purpose, clean, well produced record, tash comes sharp as per but its not groundbreaking or amazing...i would've PERSONALLY given it an extra .5 but thats my opinion...
