When you want to use part of a video or movie as a .gif file. Like a short 5 second scene of a video of movie or vid as a .gif? How can I make those? Props, muh'fuckas.

Photoshop has a built in one. Its quite a bit to download uf thats all your going to use it for.

you could also try adgif but unless there is a crack on the net it leaves an advert on your pic.
