It's wrapped in bread/cheese/bacon/cheese, I figured there was enough sodium to keep it fresh for 2 months :D

Damn, 2 weeks...that's a long time for that thing to be in a freezer.
If it was wrapped or sealed, then it shouldn't be too bad.
