^^^This isn't grounds for a ban. We need more proof. I'm not a Dipset fan, but I'm willing to serve as a lawyer on their behalf to appeal their ban.
Here are the grounds for which we call for an appeal.
#1. The thread listed above was a thread in which they were simply posting a video of Dipset, and therefore it does not fall under any prohibited use of the forum such as spamming.
#2. The evidence posted above by NowIKnow is admittedly more incriminating than the evidence presented by the judge in this case (Overseer). However, I found it to be humurous, and many people have repped artists at this forum, I consider it to be worthy of a warning, but not worthy of a ban, especially considering it was not submitted by the judge as evidence before the court.
#3. My clients have recieved no due process of law, trial, or hearing for their crimes. We demand a trial thread where our argument can be put forth amongst a jury of our peers, and we do however admit that we will regretably be forced to allow judge Overseer to preside over the hearings; still we demand due process.
As the impartial self-proclaimed lawyer for the Dipset heads at this forum, we demand more proof, and our appeal stands until then on lack of proof and evidence that would require sufficient documentation necassary for the banning of said members.

I saw this happen on another forum where groups/factions of people went toe-to-toe with each other via forum topics. Needless to say, the site admin banned the "leaders" of the groups and deleted the forum topic. It was resurrected (after countless emails by loyal posters to the admin) months later, but with huge restrictions. Let's not let this get out of hand and cause Seer to delete the outbound section to keep peace. My .02. Peace.

dipset=919 (12%) 3.36gb
screwed and chopped=544 (7%) 2.99gb
dungeon family=231 (3%) 918.4mb
and ive got 7611 songs so dipset is a large part of it. (12%)
so its not like i was bullshittin about liking dipset.

My question is how can Dubcc get in trouble for tracks that aren't officially copyrighted and that have been released in some form or another with the artist's consent?
I'm not trying to justify what I did, since it was my bad that I mentioned that forum. I've been posting for 5 years, and hsould have known better. However, I just want to know because in this case, Daz leaked a lot of the tracks ("Boyz in the Hood", "Party People", "R U Single", "Daz Thang", "Git Drunk", "Chronic in the air", "The one (remix)", "All I need (Triple OG Mixxx)", etc.) on his website for the purpose of promotion.

Because Daz won't be so keen on giving DubCNN any news or anything else if they're seen to been promoting bootlegging of his album. If other rappers also saw that one artist wasn't working with them and knew they score they would probably stop giving DubCNN their time too.
