Was drivin around the other day listenin to some old shit and realized there were a few songs I was 'embarrassed' to bump because although the beats were on point.....some shitty artist comes on to fuck it all up. Either it's some horrible lyrics or some gay ass voice..or whatever... you get the point. I can't remember exactly which track I was listening to ..but I'm sure all of you have experienced the same thing. Go ahead and vent here if u must.... I'll try to remember what songit was that forced me to post this....

Went through some old shit I had stored away in the garage and came across some old cassette tapes. ( Some of you youngsters might not know what the hell those are ) I spent a good 3 hours listening to a bunch of old music and came across a few Sir Mix-a-lot songs. (don't ask) Those beats STILL knock but I'll be goddamned if I'd ever bump that shit full blast as I pull up to a stop light. Lately, Jazze Pha has fucked up songs, period. Regardless if the beat is even that good... his "ladies and gentlemen" and the "It's Jazze phizzle-phizzle" bullshit is annoying to me. As are most mixtape tracks where the DJ screams his name and other incoherent crap out every 3 seconds.

first song that comes to my head is some No Limit track in the 90's. Then I remember many NL tracks had good beats, and then Master P would ruin it 'cause he had to take a shit and tried to hold it in the booth.
