it just makes two more subsections for me to visit....west coast, outbound, hook*** ****, g spot, and now these three...it was better as one....anyone agree???

LOL...Trust me, I agree more than anyone, I tried getting Seer to change it back, but for some reason he thinks this makes sense. Splitting one of WCC's best boards into 3 sections that'll get minimal traffic... :grumpy:

If sports and gaming deserve their own sections you might as well split outbound into east coast rap, southern rap, non hip hop/rap, etc.
IMO the forum was fine the way it was.

True...Seer likes to ignore everyone who opposes him though...He said I was the only one who cared, then I replied with 7 quotes of people who said the old format was much better and the thread got deleted...PeACe

I have a feeling that Seer will merge it back soon, or at least Sports & Entertainment...At the very most, he shoulda' just created a sub-section for Gaming...
PS...Pro wrestling is not really a sport, it's entertainment, though some would consider it a sport...Like someone once said, it's a very good reason why we can never split "Sports & Entertainment"...PeACe

He disagreed with himself, which is why I wondered...At least you shoulda' just made "Gaming" a sub-section and left "Sports & Entertainment" as a fully-functioning board...Now all 3 sections will be another "Flossin", mark my words.

It will be cooler to see specific game threads now in the Sports Section, like with the Lakers. If there is an instant classic game, it would be easier to look back and read comments that were made on the game. Or with Lost, now you can have specific Episodes talk instead of just one giant sticky thread. Same thing goes for Wrestling we can now have specific Raw, Smack Down, and Special Events threads and it won't clog up the boards.

yup yup...
the sideeffect of lumping everything in one place meant people were 'sticking' to single threads.. now they can have loads and loads on many subjects without fear of pushing out tv + gaming posts and pissing off those people..
give it a couple months.. see how it goes..

Whatever...If you don't understand that "Sports & Entertainment" was mainly a good board because of the popularity and traffic, then I don't know what to say...When you see we have 3 "Flossins" on our hand, maybe that's when you'll decide to change it back. Like other dude said, we might as well split Outbounds to Southern, Mid-West, and East Coast sub-sections and become like every other board out there...WCC community=Dying. :grumpy:

Sports and Entertainment can be seperated. I am still questioning gaming, but oh well. I don't think DubCC is dying, if that was the case, than rap artist are picking a dead site to do interviews at. Relax your mind and let your mind and let your conscience be free.

It's not the same thing, music is music but some people don't give a fuck about sports so they didn't come in here because it was full of it, I can't remember the last time I consciously came into this section until I knew about the split and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Some people don't give a fuck about non-rap related music, some people don't give a fuck about Southern shit, etc. It doesn't make a difference...You guys don't get what this is about, it's about separation, I don't really give a fuck, I just have one less board to post on when I'm at work and 2 more sub-sections...Less convenient for me, better for whoever likes it...So far it seems like more people are opposed to the idea than for it...PeACe

Really? Only 14 topics in the "Sports" section have been posted in since the split. "Entertainment" is even worse with only 9!!!...About one year ago, the main page used to fill up in less than a day. Recently it's been slowing down, and now it's gunna go as slow as our non-popular boards (Graphix, Keystyle, The Lab, etc.), especially on the days where not that many people are posting...Maybe it'll take seeing to believe.

It will never be as slow as those other boards because there will always be some sort of major sporting event that everybody will want to talk about. The basketball season is about to start, the football season will be in the heart of the season, the baseball playoffs will start, and all of this will be around the same time.
