Muslims are starting to gain a foothold in the American government, with Keith Ellison being elected to congress by Minnesota. Minnesota has a large Somalian community, over 100,000, and it is likely that Muslims will continue winning elections in Minnesota.

I voted for Ellison. Yeah, the area he reps (I just moved to the burbs... lol) is full of Somalis, and Latinos and other minorities. It wasn't even a close election. Though it might be hard for another Somali congressman to come from this state. All the Muslims are pretty much in Minneapolis.

What the media doesn't want you to know is that Ellison has strong ties to the Nation of Islam and has praised people like Louis farrakhan and Khalid Abdul Muhhamed.
I guess that little tidbit doesn't fit into the image they want you to have of Ellison has a loving, patriotic, tolerant American.

You do realise the day you make a direct death threat against anyone on here, you could find yourself in jail shortly after you dumb fuck. I keep reading that you are a 5%er I am inclined to agree with that, that is 5% of your mind still functions after your labotomy. As for what real american just said, that is deeply disturbing that anyone in politics can be supportive of someone who preached a message of genocide against men women and children. Of course is this true, or is it just spin? farrakhan to my knowledge never embraced the evil message that muhammed preached at least not publicly.
