Title: Exactly how good is "No one can do it better"
Post by: .: God Is One :. on October 05, 2001, 09:05:57 AM
Im planning to cop The D.O.C "No one can do it better" and i know that Dre produced the whole thing, but if this sounds like "Eazy Duz It" then i dont want it cuz i dont like the beats that Dre did put down 4 that project.
So tell me about it and describe every song on the album.

Peace

It's Funky Enough-  Classic Joint, everybody has been bitin this shit ever since, Jay-Z, Shyne, etc.

Mind Blowin- tight beat, ill lyrics

Lend Me An Ear- this has one of those real fast early 90's beats, that were popular at the time, and the DOC is basically just showing off his incredible talent on this track

Comm.  Blues-

Let The Bass Go-  Dre slows it down a bit for this track, there is dialogue between Dre and DOC, this shit is dope as fuck

the rest of the tracks, some are tight, some are okay, not really worth reviewing just more of the same in my opinion...  I recommend you copping the album, you won't regret it.

I Dunno, This Guy Apprently Don't Like Old School beats, Cuz He Didn't Like Eazy Duz It, And This Album's Old School.  If You Like Old School, It's A Great Album,If Not, Don't Buy It.

No One Can Do It Better Is Awesome, Portrait Of A Masterpiece Is Great, Faster Rap Than Bone Thugs, LOL... The Grand Finale With NWA Is Good, The Doc And The Doctor Is One Of The Illest Songs Ever, LOL...

Classic Classic Classic Classic...One of the greatest Westcoast albums..

But if you dont like "Eazy Duz It" (which is also a classic) than you wont like this, because the beats are both old school stuff...

ARRRGGGHHHH!!!! This shit is not old school...everything before Straight Outta Compton is old school...Dre does great diverse intricate bangin diverse production while the DOC rips every track and then finish it off by sampling Parliament's "chocolate city" for the grand finale while NWA AND The DOC rip it up!!!pretty much every track is classic,i've heard only a few tracks from eazy duz it and they were much weaker than no one can do it better...like compare nobody moves to whirlwind pyramid...DOC kicks eazy's ass on that front doggs LOL...awhile back i think it was NIK that made a post asking who liked which better out of eazy duz it and noone can do it better and the first half said eazy duz it and that was mainly newbies but then the vets like me,jake,i think overseer and a few others agreed on DOC...no offense to anyone who likes eazy duz it better,it's all opinion of course and i respect everyones...but anyway i'm just kinda pissed you guys would deter him from buying this album....this shit is so great, cop it if you don't have it.peace-Tanjint

"Eazy Duz It" did more to rap than "No One Can Do It Better"...They are both 2 of the greatest albums ever, both classic. Seriously, every rap fan should have both...
