Nothing has come easy for Mitchy Slick, but the years of dedication to his rap career are starting to pay off. He made the move from grindin’ on the streets of San Diego to grindin’ out them west coast heaters during the late 90’s. Emerging from the streets, Mitch was not initially focused on clocking a deal with a large company, so he decided that going the independent route was his best bet. “I knew that I might not be able to impress one of the major labels, but I knew for sure I could take over the streets,” Mitch states.
