The whole thing is basically just a parody of "gangsta's", he uses the phrases "Westside" etc & as you can see he dresses like a pimp, lol. He usually wears some Wu Wear too. If you've seen the Madonna video for "Music" you'll see him featured, he's the limo driver. He basically takes the piss.
