Title: University or Institues?? which is betta?

Im considering joining either a university or a technical institute for my further studies. I wanna be a computer and electronics engineer. Im planning to spend a year in college and then transfer to the University of British Columbia. Should i do that or should i join a technical institue and complete my bachelors degree in tehnology instead?

Also, for all the university going members at the board, fill me in with some insights on life in university.

University is the highest point of education. Institutes and colleges are below them.

i think u should go 2 a institution 4 a lil, then transfer to a university
