Tasers are safe. You can taser the fuck out of somebody and it does no damage. He wanted to get out of line when they told him that the Senator wasn't taking any more questions, he wanted to take it to a level of rebellion... so 'fuck em! He got tasered. Oh well. He'll fucking get over it.

You call yourselves american and yet you ignore the fact that these actions are in direct violation of the consitution. The constitution is what has made America and ignoring it, is what will break America. As for this idea that you can taser someone constantly this is open public torture, this is a weapon that leaves the victim with temporary paralysis and then when the person who is shocked is still paralysed then they taser them again because they were ignoring "orders". As a matter of fact not only is it open public torture, it is also deadly. You are either naive or just lying compulsively when you say that tasers can not kill people. They are responsible for killing hundreds of people a year, the body was not meant to be shocked like that! common sense would tell you that those with weak hearts could be potential victims and yet you just lie!. This is just a sad indictment of American people today and to suggest he deserves to be tasered for asking a question. You must have a deep seated belief that these politicians are on a higher plateua to individuals and thus should be treated with a god like respect. How dare those scum bag cops attack and intimidate anyone! and how dare those other cops just stand by and not intervene.

Your analogy is terrible he wasn't trespassing, he wasn't being violent, or threatening. Questions were allowed to be asked, he asked a question and for that question they are trying to arrest him. Do you not understand that they are spitting on not just his rights under the first amendment but to everyones right, yes your's included?.

He was on someone else's property and they wanted him to leave, it's quite obvious. And he was refusing to leave and doing everything possible to stay when he was not wanted.
And they did not try to arrest him for asking a question.

Is this kid on his property and have the RIGHT to be there?...no
Did the people in charge of that property decide they did not want him there anymore?...yes
Did the kid throw a hissy fit when he realized they wanted him to leave?...yes
Did he do everything possible to prevent leaving?...yes
He would not have have been tasered or arrested if he just left quietly without a fight, but he's a shithead and decided not to take the easy route.
