Disc 1 is just like your average sappy R&B that you don't wanna hear. The hip hop disc has no weak cuts, but it does have some outstanding songs. This is one of them.

"I Salute" , "Roll The Dice" and "Ghetto Dayz" are the best tracks from Disc 2 of "Alter Ego". I think you should also check on "Best Of Both Hoodz" ( with Bishop Lamont) and "Ghetto Royalty" mixtapes (If you didn't) - some tracks on 'em are real hot.
