this ain't on magic stick status at all, because it's got a very different vibe to it
although topic is relatively the same, it's different...magic stick was fast hardcore poppy track, while this one has a slow beat (surprised, i expected a up-tempo track)
it's not as cheesy as u'd expect if u think bout the title of the song & the prev. collabo these 2 made
the song isn't horrible, i can't really see a lot of ppl hating it...but with that said, it's kinda generic as fuck, so i can't really see many ppl loving it :-\

Doesn't Interscope have quality control anymore? They shouldn't of let them make this song, let alone put it on an album, let alone make it the first single. This is aweful :( What happened to the BFM Poppin them thangs, G-Unit. What is this SHIT!!!!!!! I'm losing faith in the GORILLA UNIT.

And this happens just when we find out that the great "I'll Still Kill" is the new single off Curtis. Don't get me wrong, after all, Curtis had dope singles; "Straight To The Bank", "I Get Money", "AYO Technology" and "I'll Still Kill" are all dope tracks imo. Of course, I am talking about the awful "Amusement Park", which flopped so hard, that 50 had to see, that people don't like to hear the same song structure from him twice in a row (the first being Canfy Shop). Well, at least we thought so.
Which brings me to this track. It's obvious they tried to recreate the "Magic Stick" formula. Now this tracks shits on Amusement Park but still, you can tell 50 is not concentrated on music 100% anymore. It's more like 70%. It sounds like a rushed single, like he's under a clock 24/7 to release all the projects (well, he probably is).
And this track makes no sense from a marketing standpoint. This is suppose to be a G-Unit album and for a single we get a Lil Kim/ 50 duet ? People are gonna think that another 50 album is coming or that he's planning on a re-release. That is of course, if this is infact the 1st official single or just some warm up track, they threw out, to let the public know.
With all being said and done, this is a cool joint, nothing that make you say OMG but nothing that makes me say "this shit is crap". But this is not what we want as a G-Unit album single.
50 doesn't give a fuck anymore.

This is what I don't get about 50; he has access to the best producers out there, for instance he worked with J.R., Will.I.Am, Polow Da Don, Kanye, Pharrell, Swizz Beatz on "Curtis" and nobody made the cut. And it's known Timbaland and Swizzy did tracks for G-unit album too, so I don't know why not pick a Dre, Swizz or Timbo joint for the jump off single.
Don't get me wrong, I love these no names, up and coming producers G-Unit always fuck with but it's time for a swithc up and maybe use some big budget production on projects. For example, AYO Tech sounded fresh as hell to me.

It's much better then Magic Stick (the 50 ft. Kim song, not the BMC ft. Mic Dogg one which is a banger).
But I don't see me not skippin' this song after 2 or 3 listens to the whole album. Let's hope this will be the only song with corny lyrics on it and the rest will be street shit.. and the rest will feature Yayo, Buck and Banks.

he doesnt care man. u can say you wouldn't all you want, but the truth is if you made billions of dollars, you wouldnt give a fuck either what you put out. not only does he have more money than he'll ever need, he still is makin more and more with his drink, clothes, g-unit associates, etc.

^^ Exactly. I've listened to 100 of interviews from him in the past few months and you can tell that dude does not give a fuck about music anymore. He keeps saying "I don't need to make music. I have enough money to quit right now."
It's obvious whats happenign to him; he got what he came for; that being his financal status and providing for his son. Now, he uninspired but the thing is, he's under a deadline with his contract. So he has to put out certain albums at certain time period. No wonder that he's been saying how he wants to be like Dre and take his time.
Other than that, I agree with your post Lyrical G, except one thing. You said GRODT 50 would never do this track, I say this sounds like some vinatge GRODT 50 but the thing is, it's been done before.
Like I've said plenty of times; 50 needs to release those 2 albums quickly and take a 3,4 year break. Do movies, or whatever and then come back, with his mind 100% on music.
