The only reason we have more crime is because of Gangs. And we have a VERY bad part of the city that is just LOADED with crack and Heroin. It's pretty sick drivin through there. The reason we have more gangs than Toronto, is because it's easier to get to Vancouver by boat. We are on the coast, so all the Drugs can be shipped here by boat easily.
