He doesn't seem to be the kind that gets worried about staggering commercial success. He sounded very confident in his fanbase in our AllHipHop.com interview.

I mean they have dropped an official single and given a release date and he's doing interviews on the album so it looks like the wheels are in motion.

ya im sure the label/yuk wants to collect revenue for his investment and yuk would also like to gain notoriety as well with promotion
i dont know what kind of marketing plan this is for a highly anticipated record...

It's not pushed back. That March 08 thing is old. His Myspace needs to be updated. I let his publicist know about it though.

This is actually pretty true. I wouldn't say he was irrelevant without the game, people already recognized him as a pretty solid West Coast artist, and that beef got him major attention. If he would have just stopped at his 2 diss tracks on Game, and dropped a solo album following, he would have done pretty good. The tired disses of G-Unit, the fight with Spider Loc (I hate Spider, but Yuk lost for that one), and the constant pushback of Million Dollar Mouthpiece has turned my interest level wayyyy down, and I used to be a huge Yukmouth/ Luniz fan.
