I hear people talking about he is the best rapper alive , but hes not even the best in his own region , i can name 4 or 5 MC's better than lil wayne .
And the list goes
1.Andre 3000
2.Bun B
3.Project Pat
4.Ludacris
5.Scarface - The true king of the South 8) 8)

IMO Cham is best in the south right now, also best mainstream/commercial-wise..from the mixtape messiah series to SOR and recently Ultimate Victory, which IMO was the best album of '07.
