V.I.C. is a new rapper from ATL who has a single with Solja Boy. So im listing to this song and I realized that V.I.C. is going to blow up, and the reason why is because he is the new snap music. The new Southern scene and at the front of it is V.I.C. If you dont agree tell me why not? And if you do agree tell me why?
