how would you torture someone you really hate and did bad things to you/most hated person?
physically, psychologicaly whatever.
i would:
-stick needles in fingernails
-long needle thru the ears
-slowly cut his penis and eyeballs with a razor
-tied up let him watch his girlfriend/wife performing oral-sex on some1.
-let him eat (ugly) insects

id imagine driving a motherfucker insane would be fun, if you were a psycho. ;D
or shit..get ya self of baseball bat..and break someones knee, leg, hip all that. no medical attention. then work on his skin. like small burns and shit. gouge his eyeball out (the wire style). pour a mixture of salt, lemon, and gasoline on the wounds. work on his other leg. pour some acid on each of his digits..feet and hands. wait a few hours. if he aint dead then work on his torso. take a drill and make his belly button bigger. take some gun powder and pour it over the wound and set it on fire (so he doesnt die from blood loss). give him a lil bit of morphine. after all of this do a lil bit of water boarding. give him a lil bit more morphine. wait till it wears off..then go to work again. put his arm in a vice and turn his bones into thousands of pieces. after that, straight cut off his arm. again, get some gun powder and set it on fire. if the fuck aint dead yet, give him a lil more morphine. *btw, all of these needles should be infected with HIV, just in case he survives all this, he wont later on* one the third shot of morphine wears off, get the drill and work on his balls. straight drill through his sack. after he losses his balls, get a hammer and flatten out his dick.
i mean shit..after that last part, really, what else could ya do to a poor son of a bitch??

its an old school method where they strapped someone to a table, and set up a mechanism where a drop of water hit their forehead every few seconds, but not EVERY 2 seconds or 4 seconds, the amount of time that passes has to be different each time. something about not knowing when the next drop is coming and a drop of water hittin ya head for a few days will drive a nigga crazy!
