what about Get Right Back featuring Mike Anthony (produced by Nottz)?

aftermathmusic dropped it recently, and it's been on bishop's myspace for some time now.

Damn, I was hoping for "I Dominate", low-quality snippet sounded sicker than a mofo..
That said, the line-up looks heated, Bishop actually drops doper mixtapes than most rappers official albums.

The man (on the Confessional topic in the West Coast Connection Forum) who said that was bullshitin'.

Fuck fuck fuck ! I was so hyped after that Bitches On My Dick Snippet and the live video where he performed it !

So, you can hear Get Of My Dick on www.shadyville.biz, good track, certainly Khalil too, but it's not Bitches On My Dick.

By the way, here is a new cover :

Somebody was sayin Oh My God!!! was produced by Dre. It sounds sorta Dre like, but Scott Storch is up there right now. Sounds more Storch than Dre, cause if that was dre i gotta say i'm mad disapointed. But if it wasn't than why have "produced by dre" all over the cover?
Title: Re: PARTIAL CREDITS: Bishop Lamont - Confessional
Post by: Matty on June 07, 2008, 05:19:27 PM
the user that put up the video of bishop on youtube said it was produced by dre. would be dissapointing for a dre track - sounds very similar to 50's candy shop. but dre did do the mixing (and probably tweak the drums up) for that joint - which was a giant hit at the time. so hmm......

^^ Some say Dre did OMG, some say Dre = GOD on the last track..
There was even a rumour about him doing Send A Nigga Home, so until we got some solid confirmation, I think we should stick with the credits as they are, cuz Storch DEFINITELY had something to do with the OMG beat, it sounds like just his style, with the lil intro and the instruments/beat pattern.. Dre might have co-produced though.

God=Dre  i thought that was obvious  :P

yeah i noticed the similarities with Candy Shop too, but it don't make sense to have "production by Dr.Dre" on the front cover of the whoo kid version, when there is no Dr.Dre production on there right?
i doubt Whoo Kid would get away with that.
i see your point though.

PS: why does it still say bootleg in the title  :-\

A mixtape is sometimes official, a bootleg is unauthorized.  They most certainly are not the same thing!

wh- wh- what ??  ???

on a second thought, i don't get it either.

if you check this:

Quote
A bootleg recording is an audio and/or video recording of a performance that was not officially released by the artist, or under other legal authority. The process of making and distributing such recordings is known as bootlegging. A great many such recordings are simply copied and traded among fans of the artist without financial exchange, but some bootleggers are able to sell these rarities for profit, sometimes by adding professional-quality sound engineering and packaging to the raw material.

Bootlegs can consist of recordings of live performances, or material created in private or professional recording sessions. Changing technologies have had a great impact on the recording, distribution, and varying profitability of the underground industry.

Although distinct from unauthorized copying ("piracy") and counterfeiting, as it involves material which has never been offered for commercial release, bootlegging is considered infringement in many jurisdictions. The copyrights for the song and the right to authorize recordings often reside with the artist, according to several international copyright treaties. The recording, trading and sale of bootlegs continues to thrive, however, even as artists and record companies attempt to provide "authorized" alternatives to satisfy the demand.

according to this info, only Strong's version is a bootleg.
