Title: Former Canadian defence minister says alien technology the best hope
Post by: Australian Bastard on May 26, 2008, 12:31:40 AM

FORMER CANADIAN GOVERNMENT MINISTER WANTS UFO ALIEN TECHNOLOGY BEING USED FOR WITH CLIMATE CHANGE
A former Canadian defense minister is demanding governments worldwide disclose and use secret alien technologies obtained in alleged UFO crashes to stem climate change, a local paper said Wednesday.

"I would like to see what (alien) technology there might be that could eliminate the burning of fossil fuels within a generation ... that could be a way to save our planet," Paul Hellyer, 83, told the Ottawa Citizen.

Alien spacecrafts would have traveled vast distances to reach Earth, and so must be equipped with advanced propulsion systems or used exceptional fuels, he told the newspaper.

Such alien technologies could offer humanity alternatives to fossil fuels, he said, pointing to the enigmatic 1947 incident in Roswell, New Mexico -- which has become a shrine for UFO believers -- as an example of alien contact.

"We need to persuade governments to come clean on what they know. Some of us suspect they know quite a lot, and it might be enough to save our planet if applied quickly enough," he said.

Hellyer became defense minister in former prime minister Lester Pearson's cabinet in 1963, and oversaw the controversial integration and unification of Canada's army, air force and navy into the Canadian Forces.

He shocked Canadians in September 2005 by announcing he once saw a UFO.

they already found alternatives to fossil fuel, it is either too expensive or investers see too much money in the oil, as long as the world doesnt end in their life time why would they care? atleast one person that an average person knows saw a UFO what gives him credit from these other guys besisdes that he was a former canadian defence minister, if it is true the government can silence him because he is only one human being.

what if they are angels? have they found out something to stop the aging process? like how modern science predicts that humanity will  figure out that formula in the future. same goes with time travel and lightspeed

Lol what a bunch of bullshit, it's factual that they are busy right now fucking around with the earths atmosphere by firing sulphur into the earths atmosphere to stabilise it lol. Oh and then there is their past time of weather modification to change the climate at any given time and on top of that we have them playing god with the earth right now with their particle accelerator machines which risk causing a black hole, which even the scientists themselves admit could happen but according to professor hawkings if his equation is right, the black holes will slowly erode and get smaller lmao.

We all know that if any sustainable energy had been found which could not be controlled it would get shut down and that's just the market mechanisms at hand. If the suppliers can't make real profits from it, then they don't want to touch it, I am all for new sources of energy but presenting a picture of fossil fuels destroying the earth...what a sick joke.

You know what though, after a while it grinds you down, for instance today there is a new story appearing in the bbc saying the environmental audit committee says yes we must press ahead with the rationing of your everyday activity aka carbon taxes but meanwhile scientists admit that the earth experiences a 60-70 year cycle where it warms but then cools and in may this year, announced the earth will experience global cooling in the next decade but we must not let this distract us from the bigger picture man made global warming!. Then I look down further down the page and notice that the global mean surface temperatures have risen about 1 fucking farrenheit since 1960 but also the reason they have not displayed the data before 1960 is because it shows a much less certain trend.

This is so fucking sick, the internet offers so much irony, there is so much information contained within it and information which is hidden in plain view and despite the plethora of detail, it's still so apparently easy for the ruling elite to impose their vision and their information upon the majority without the majority ever questioning it.

They are all scumbags, the system is rotten to the core, propped up by good people at the bottom.

Of course, there are people from all walks of life and career paths that claim to have experienced some other-worldly phenomena, not just government and military people. And of course anybody can get got, dosn't mean you shouldn't bother though....otherwise whats the point of doing anything!!?

And if you get up to Heaven before I do, I'm gonna tell ya,
it's gonna be cruel there too.
You can't hide from this cruel world cause there is no place to run.
It's been cruel from the beginning, it will be cruel when we're done....

Well, fossil fuels are a bitch. I remember back to the 90s as a kid how people in the CSIRO were warning of global warming and basically these people were ridiculed by the mainstream political branch, despite having scientific indications behind their concerns. The consensus in the scientific community seems to be that there is a probable relation between the shit we do to the enviroment and global warming. When people come out and say stuff like this, you gotta remember; people are not necessarily actively painting a picture of fossil fuels of destroying the earth with the motivation of driving up food prices through promotion of bio-fuel. No, people genuinely have a commendable concern for the environment that motivates them and not just because of self-preservation either...
Of course, this ex-minister dude may be naive to think that the government even has such information or would even release it; if 'they' released a source of clean cheap power, certain groups would loose out in more ways than one.
But maybe that was only part of the Canadian dude's intention.
Whats really good is high profile people to come out every now and then and say this shit; the restatment that governments have this technoloy and are holding it unto themselves.

The way we living in society
ain't necessarily the way it supposed to be

-from some song, can't remember which one...

Im feelin you on that weather shit, but how do i reach these assumptions? I often run with what I feel. However, I couldn't resign the ufo and alien phenomena entirely to weather control if thats what you ment. Reality is rarely ever so clear cut and categorizable as we are not solely living in a two dimensional world.

Oh word. The thing is; there is 'established truth', so then; by default, everything else is questionable if it is not included within that paradigm of established truth.

I personally give nought a shit to the confines of such paradigms of information. I'll seek truth for my own judgement at my own peril.

The earth has experienced major temperature shifts throughout it's life time, i give a shit about a half degree centigrade rise in the temperature in the last 50 years. I remember going on holiday to Italy when I was 16 our guide who btw was damn fine lady explained to us that the village we were in ( near San Remo) had experienced tropical temperatures 200 hundred years back, which far outweighed it's current temperatures.  I remember our geography teacher teaching us briefly about the searing heat experienced in the bronze ages. You read on a daily basis these scientists actively playing god but instead they raise the alarm bells to this so called global warming phenomena. As for raising the issue of drawing a concensus, these international meetings take place courtesy of the scientists which each government hand picks. Now by parading them as the voice of the nation, they become the most influential voice and so begins the group think mentality on top of which, the media will do one of 2 things attack particular individuals within the scientific community who disagree, therefore creating an impression that it's individuals who are in denial ,or if it's a respected group of scientists who disagree, then the best way of shutting their shit down is to simply ignore them.

I tell you the biggest irony in all of this though, the way in which the establishment has been able to turn peoples opposition on and off, i.e. if you think that western governments create and manufacture terrorist events then you are a conspiracy theorist but oh aliens most likely do exist. Lol this shit is so funny to me. Now I am not saying that there is not other life form out there, but the fact that someone would go from 2 such extreme viewpoints really does just say it all.

Even though people may work or have worked in the government, they are still individual human-beings with individual opinions, their opinion isn't necessarily that of the establishment they work for.

I know what you mean about global warming and the scientific community and of course it has been hyped up, 'sexed up'.
I don' know so much about the correlation between global warming and fossil fuels myself, but there is substantial stuudies that indicate a relation, how strong that relation is, is questionable of course. Gore took the studies and pushed it to the hypothetical extreme. Scientist are supposed to be sceptics, so its a shame that the sceptics in the global warming debate have been hounded away. However, my own un-scientific assertion is that chopping down forests and such, raping the earth; does have effects somewhere. We might not flood ourselves, but pollution is a bitch to breath and to live with and not just for us...
Just because Gore is a fear mongerer, dosn't invalidate the scientist's claims who genuinely have conducted studies and found a relation between global warming and fossil fuels.

Australia has become marvelous at conserving water over the past year, because we have a drought, so it can be done if the average person takes what they use into account. However, there is of course hypocrisy in it all aswell. I have a fucking compost in my backyard, I recycle everything I can, conserve and save water and when I get a house I will probably get enough solar panel to take myself off the power-grid. But when Im at work, I see the company throwing away huge amounts of paper and cardboard into the compacter bin without sorting it for recycling...

Ah let me throw some things into the mix so I don't go and leave you with the impression that I am denying that humans do not cause damage. Of course man, deadly chemicals are emitted into the earths atmosphere, are dumped into our water supply, so it's not just the impact it has on us but also the impact on the sea life. There is no doubt that it's insane to chop down the rain forests and I agree with you on that but my take on on carbon dioxide is that they have picked up on this in particular because it presents governments with a chance to further tax and regulate. Only this time the taxes themselves will not meet the opposition that other taxes do because "its for the earth". It's not for the earth though is it how does raising taxes save the earth. Let me tell you this bro, industry has been vehemently criticised for the pollution it causes and I agree but in the west this pollution factor has been addressed but meanwhile most of the manufacturing base of the world has been shipped over to China. Of course you don't need to do too much reading up to ascertain that the pollution controls in China are basically non existent.

They are fucking around with the very essence of life right now by randomly splicing genes from different groups of animals and then seeing here eat this nutritous genetically modified garbage. Now I know some people in the environmental movement don't seem to care much about human beings but I wonder if they have ever thought about mother earth.  The honey bees are dying out in great number, massive cross pollination is occurring, super resistant weeds are spawning etc, I wonder if genetically modified crops are causing this?

I tell you the broader point of this gore environmental movement amigo, they have identified through the mass protests held by people against gm foods, to the protests against the rainforests, that there is a blooming opposition to all of this and so instead of opposing it, they have done the smart and devious thing by controlling the dialetic. They themselves have formed themselves into opposition groups and therefore by masquerading as the voice against all of this, they are able to placate people but more importantly steer the agenda and so you will notice al gore and his fanatics never focus in on these issues instead it's conjuring up apocalyptic visions of the earths future if the carbon dioxide levels are not addressed.
