Im not to interested in that public enemy but i'll go check it out at mpe.com just to peep your style. On the real, try uploading that track to another server. Check out http://www.hubba.com or http://www.iuma.com ... they're way easier and they don't delete remixes. Go check out mine so you can get an idea... http://www.hubba.com/phiasko ... one!
