whats your problem... i thaught i explained things for you in ICQ...
1. Primo asked for somebody to mix... u didnt answer, so i offered him to mix it and he responded
2. I did send you the full track over icq and u admitted that it was good
3. I did tell you that if you want to mix it you shall holla at primo, cuz he got the unedited acapella...
4. Primo did talk to me and i told him that you wanted to mix it and that he shall holla at you
so i dont understand why you're making this post
btw ..... if you record a track in studio, the vocals will be perfectly clear, the peaks wont be to high, the frequences wont be to wide and all other terms would be perfect ... in that case theres no diffrence in mastering the track with or without the vocals...
BUT....
when you record a track with a computer mic YOU MUST separate the files before mastering, to make a good result... a computer mic isnt ment for recording songs, so you gotta master the acapella, compress it, set the peak level, filter noise, add reverb, whathever, THEN you either mmix it to the beat and master it OR master the beat first, then mix it .... if you mix it to the beat before mastering it you may destroy sum of the voice quailty since it aint good to master a file twice....
thats the reason i mastered the beat and vocals before mixing them

i don t want no beef but i don t like the way u mix songs, u can t even turn most of your songs up without fucking up your ears.my shit used to sound as bad as yours but i know alot of poeple who are real sound engineer and i m going to a school this september to become one myself.

finally you got sum dope instruments... even though the basses and the drums still are weak... but still you dont manage to mix it right.. lets take the "rock west" beat for example... pretty nice beat, i gotta admit that... but where is the bass??... almost impossible to hear... and .listen from 0:50 to 1:40 .. same 4/4 loop during almost a whole minute... then the only changes u makes is by adding /removing the saxophone until the beat fades out.... hm....

lol...^...well i guess that mix waz kinda my fault(tho i liked it ...btw...tha overly high volume mix on I-BOz verse soundz kinda tight when you bump it on tha system..lol ;D), i pretty much rushed I-BO into mixing it...cauze that track waz mad pushed back in my planz...i think I-BO iz a great producer i loved every beat i heared from him. :).
