Title: HOW DO I USE CAKEWALK PRO AUDIO 9 ???

ay i just strated using Cakewalk Pro Audio 9. and i'm using it do make beats wit MIDI. but i'm kinda confused on how to use the instruments from Cakewalk and put them into my keyboard. if anyone knows how to use Cakewalk, then could they please give me some good advice on usin it.
