It's wishing others a "blessed Ramadaan". In fact, the greeting "Mu-barak" comes from the Arabic root word "Baraka" which is the same word Obama's Muslim father used when he named his son "Barack". Barack means blessings.
Ramadaan is a lunar month where Muslims all over the world, join in fasting from food and drink from sunrise to sunset.
