where do u go to fly tha plane,  i beat tha game but dont have tha slighest idea of where an what to do to fly tha plane,  an secondly do they ever explain what happens to donald love

It's at the airport, at the beginnin of the run-way, 3rd city (shoreside), near the draw bridge!?!?
