Lunatic was given a TEMPORARY BAN, his account is still live and after 5 days it will expire.
Lunatic was informed previously that going forward if he is posting material on the forums for the Dubcnn/Dubcc readers to enjoy that he had to follow the same format as when an official Dubcnn thread was made. For the BENEFIT of forum members any outlying material was to be posted with a FULL news update, direct link to any media, image and then a link to the article. This has been ignored on a number of occasions hence the action.
So before you jump to conclusions about it being "fucked up" - try and get some facts as most of you will not know what goes on behind the scenes.
Styles - do not spread rumours about why he was banned - what you just said was total trash.

i dont understand...we have to follow formats to post threads about music, and if not we get banned? sounds kinda sketch to me.

i just thought that a general statement in a sticky topic, about the posting format, could help preventing such problems from occurring.
plus it would save effort.

I'm not knocking the Mods at all, but I still don't understand why Lunatic was banned for that even... he always says in the threads what is in his interviews and is always posting links to media ???

If anything I have been the repeat offender....and thats something that I will freely admit.
It's your forum, but I don't think bans should be giving out for things as petty as that. And it is petty....
Bans should be for people who are a constant nuisance. Not for people who contribute. And even though the news is coming from someone's own blog/site, it's still contributing to the discussion of "your" forum.
