Title: Hardcore rap appreciation thread*Paris,MC Ren,RBX,SPC,Street Military,Terrorists
Post by: Chad Vader on December 05, 2008, 08:24:18 AM

My original plan was to do a Paris appreciation thread...
But there's so much more hardcore shit out there to explore.
Paris,MC Ren,RBX,SPC,Street Military,The Terrorists and the list goes on....

I will start of with posting some old interviews,reviews and what not with Paris;

It's been a long time since I've checked anything from Paris, but I loved their Guerrilla Funk album.  I appreciate that album for sure.

I've been listening to Paris's back catalogue lately and still cant believe how slept on he is

I think Guerrilla Funk is a classic, and how it only got 3.5 mics in The Source, just goes to

show how biased they were

btw Great thread Chad

thanks for the scans Chad  :)

so hip hop connection disses the production of Paris' debut album  :P

sure i wouldn't say that it's the best produced Paris album, and Paris took the sound of that time, but those are not strong reasons that take away from the production, when looking from a critic point of view  :P

19. Guerilla Militia [Feat. Haz Lo, Goldlocks and DJ M-80]

What a crazy album...
On the first track the rappers goes alter ego style playing the Terrorists hijacking the plane and crash into to the World Trade Center.
No need to say it's a album full of conspiracy theories  :P :laugh: :laugh:

Too bad the rappers and beats ain't all that...
