Welcome ladies, gentlemen, and Bez to the 3rd annual "Dubbys" (new name courtesy of Chamilitary Click). This year had some stiff competition, but it also had a few blow away candidates in some categories. Anyways, thank you to those who voted. Now let's announce the winners:
