well, now that i heared both here is how i break it down:
both beats was dope, but i kinda felt Steezes beat more..but not much more, BUT ,SCCITz rapping was clearer, and tha flow was more playfull and easy going (again reminded me of EM at points ) also it was more focused lyriclly(while also being funny..lol)...Steez's flow was avarage as i said be4, and i din't catch some of the lyrics since it was kinda blured or unclear....and some of the agresion,vocally, seemed somewhat synthetic at some points, and not natural.

okay, first i just gotta say i understood everything in everyones track (alotta peeps was saying they couldn't understand anything), and they was both funny as hell... Thing is both of em had their good and bad qualities, and both of ya'll are my homies so it makes it hard for me to vote. I mean, JSTEEZ has a way better voice than SCCIT, but SCCITS flow and delivery i liked alot better. Then i gotta give muh props to JSTEEZ for the beat, that was not only one of his better beats, but he actually made the beat too (and did the whol track plus the beat in 45 min. if ya'll didn't know), the beat SCCIT used was definatly dope too, but it was by JAY, but this aint a beat battle so i cant bring that into this (although it is an "audio" battle and beats are part of the "audio", but anyways...), then lastly JSTEEZ was able to drop some of his skills on the tables which is also tyte, thats three elements of hip-hop right there all in one. So much props to JSTEEZ, but then again like i said, i think SCCIT rode the beat better than JSTEEZ did with his wordplay, plus i liked his word play better. But since i can't decide, i let my girl listen to the track, and so she voted on JSTEEZ. Ya'll can count that or not, i don't care. I think it's fair though, because thats coming from the average hip-hop listener. But coming from me, much props to the both of you, good battle, too hard of a decision for me to make.

well even though the battle is over, i'm gonna vote because i didn't see all this shit posted...most of this thread is bullshit and had me pissed cause there were so many stupid ass posts...anyway
i listened to j-steez first: the scratching impressed me right away, and so did the beat, and it was tight that he made the beat himself...as for the flow of his lyrics they weren't that good and alot of the lyrics were recycled (which means i've heard them spit from other rappers, just tweaked a tiny bit), it was hard to comprehend but since the lyrics were posted for both of yalls shit i was able to understand what was going on, all in all it was decent...the highlight was when he scratched and sampled one of sccit's songs to diss him, but i honestly was expecting more coming from the guy who was knocking my style.
Sccit- beat was good (i could tell it was jay's) and your flow was better, also sounded better than usual...some of the stuff you were saying was kind of corny but other shit was lyrical and tight...the "suck this jews cock" was hella funny...all in all it was a decent effort.
final vote goes to SCCIT, that's my honest opinion...peace.
