the color of the chips (crisps) were yellow-ish
flavor cant remember exactly, but nuthin like what the us has, damn i jus cant remember

that narrows it down quite a bit, there's quite a few budget 10p crisps that have been around over here, like 'space raiders' and shit. some used to be pretty great, don't think they're so easy to get these days...

not a purple pack, but i do vaguely remember really liking a similar one that was in a purple pack....that's probably what it is. i think it was also a pickled onion type of flavour. it's been so long though...

worst comes to worst i can get at my fam that lives out there and get them to load em up for me, but not on speakin terms, but i guess if thats what it takes to get these then well see
but yeah its not that, it was either this monster munch stuff or something like this, but i remember havin these and monster munch are the bomb also and the ones i was talkin about were 10 cents (un uk money back then)

i always thought UK crisps were kinda lame compared to the european varieties. walkers in europe is called 'lays' which are generally made out of much nicer potatos.
but i also know about all kinds of bomb uk snack foods, comes with the territory 8)

but muffuccaz dont understand that the people in the uk dont have much, but what they have they are appreciative of jus that, and they have some bomb snacks (but these chips were the bomb-for real)
come over here to the us you got taco bell, murder king, cheesecake factory, bj's, all kinds of stuff damn near on every other exit off the freeway
they dont get it, they have it made over here

well yeah overall it really sucks compared to american food. but there are a few good things. there's a chocolate snack called 'munchies' by nestle which ive been getting big bags of recently. very good :0

im from cali, jus lived over there and other countries
but they got some of the best food (for the choices given and thats not many)

nah i lived in the us for years (moved all over)
but i did go to the doctors over here (stanford bein one of them) and all doctors pretty much gave me the same end result
and that was the surgery they want to preform on me could not be what i want in return
basically they said i might not make it thru the surgery, so i walked away and ive lived thru this mess over 8 years later and countin (remember this is what doctors, surgeons etc..told me)
and some doctors told me i didnt have long to live, and that was durin that time

really? Always kinda the ongoing joke is how bad the food in England is. Some people Ive known that have been there say the shit is pretty bad. I do like Fish n Chips though...they did good with that shit. And Beef Wellington (i think thats from England) is one of my favorite dishes. Oh and I do eat the occassional English muffin...

to be fair, i remember munching through pickled onion monster munch when i was a bit younger like there was no tommorow. 2/3 packs at a time. sure they were smelly and the corn got stuck in your teeth, but there something real addictive about 'em. most people who've lived here as a kid would know all about pickled onion monster munch. i really like the beef flavour as well (yellow packet)...

The old Space Raiders bags were purple/blue if I remember, they had like this dyke alien bitch with green hair on the packet. The crisps were also triangular.
Monster Munch aren't that good anymore, I think they changed the formula a while back. Flamin' Hot were the best flavour though.

nope...i'm surprised no compute could remember the pack...green haired bitch and all. i have memories of a brighter purple packed crisp packet but it must have been some bacon flavour ones (think they was a pic of a pig on it or something).
still, you'd be hard pressed to find any of this shit these days, i don't think they make most of it any more...

Monster Munch is by 'Walkers' (biggest crisp/chip brand here)....Space Raiders i'm not so sure who produces them these days...

I dunno about the rest of the UK but London has rela good food if you know where to go. Its not always the tradisional english stuff thats best though. Stuff like Idians, Thai, Morrocan, Nandos etc is the best. Of course there are still some bare nice pubs which are pretty high end and do some of the best British food. And then theres the local chippy which never ceases to provide me with an easy option.
