My grandfather is a big gambler, he does scratch offs, this guy I swear, he wins all the time. In the past 2 months he hit a $500 and $1000...not including the daily $15, 25, 50.....can't win if ya don't play..

I do when it's a big jackpot.  Tickets are only like 2 bucks so fuck it why not.
