Its weak cus it was already ready confirmed that their was auto-tune on his album then he made this. So the people saying we are hating on Auto-Tune. We are simply voicing our opinion that we would rather sing naturally to our best ability than use some piece of equipment to alternate our vocals.
If Jay doesn't make this song, gauranteed the Auto-Tune over Natural Singing fad continues longer than it would have.
If I remember correctly, he had Auto-Tune on his album, then he realized how whack it sounded and went back and changed it to be what he thought it should sound like. How is that being a hypocrite? Jay had a realization that the stuff was wrong and he fixed it.

As if this song wasn't banging enough already, Jay had to perform it whit a live band and make it sound even better. It sounds so sick with the live instruments, I love it.

i was more referring to how people are satisfied with todays music. you have 30-40 yr old men and women reciting SB lyrics word for word and dancin in the isles. same for the drake performance. auto-tune is a part of that movement. people are eatin this shit up and not even a half decent jay track can turn it around.

i feel what you're sayin' but you have to take into concideration you saw this at the BET Awards. i would imagine most people who watch BET were at that show; which means they are forced to see Soulja Boy everyday of their lives on 106th & Park lol. it almost becomes second nature to bump Soulja Boy. :P

Roger Troutman did not use the autotune . the autotune was not around in the 90's . Roger Troutman .teddy riley used something totally different thne autotone /& so did snoop . i forgot what it is called but it is lot harder to use then the stupid eazy autotone.
