Also I thought Kanye was gonna have a track on here. Why doesn't he work with other producers. Production on his last album was shit so I'm not expecting anything better on here either.

After 1st listen; easily the worst Twista album.  :(

At least the Tech N9ne collabo leaked, better than most of the tracks on the album.

Er, that was not what I was expecting from that track with Busta. I was expecting a rap off to see who's faster. Very dissapointed.

Well tell him to sort it out. This album has no force at all. Damn I thought The Day after was average but its classic compared to this. Ask him why he doesn't hook up with any decent producers. He sounds the shit over that Alchemist track 'Smile' Thats what I want to hear him over. Tell him to steer clear of auto-tune aswell. Its all over this album, even on the Busta track :puke:

It's so wack this album that I deleted it. Very dissappointed being a fan of his.  :(

I probably won't do a regular interview with him but instead do the new series I introduced on Raptalk called "in the recording studio" meaning I'll get Twista to break down the album track by track with his thoughts

Gotta say that that type of shit is pointless because he will just say how each track is great, when deep down he knows its not. He's just following the latest trend like all the other pop rappers to hopefully make money. This album isn't gonna sell at all so he's just wastd his time. Tell him to do a proper hip hop record that all us hip hop fans can appreciate.

It's no Adrenaline Rush but I will say, Twista continually has some of the best album intros in rap.

My bad, I meant heated that I was doing that instead of a regular interview ;)  I knew it wasn't directed at me, just the fact that u feel the album sucks, so it's all good imo. Thanks!

man this album is average... when the hell is twista gonna drop a solid album? nearly 1/2 of this album is aimed at the radio/mainstream crowd. i thought he would learn his lesson from his last two albums... i guess kamikaze still stands as the last album i buy from twista. at least we'll get some real dope midwest albums from Tech N9ne "KOD" & BONE THUGS "UNI-5" dropping later this year that sure wont dissappoint...

Twista, Kanye West & No ID Collaboration will be an iTunes Bonus

Since Twista's Category F5 sprung a leak earlier today, I've received an overwhelming amount of emails, tweets and inquiries on the whereabouts of the Twista, Kanye West and No ID collaboration, "Alright".

Well, Twista didn't lie to you, but the track WILL NOT make the retail version of CF5.  It's been tacked on as an iTunes bonus track, since it wasn't finished at pressing time.

So you'll have to wait until Tuesday to purchase that, along with the rest of the album.

1. Misunderstood feat. Buk (of Psychodrama)
Produced by The Legendary Traxster
what a great way to start off the album... i wish that the verses between the two sounded more like they meshed together.... it doesn't sound like it was done right to me... but traxster... great way to start off the album...

2. American Gangsta
Produced by Toxic & John Gant
really enjoyed this track.... he fuccin' rode the beat perfectly... will be listening to this one again...

3. Fire feat. Lil Boosie
Produced by The Legendary Traxster
okay... the beat was sick.... twista came right... but the autotune shit on the chorus... come on now... would have been alot better if he got johnny p or danny boy on the hook.... but who i really think would fit the hook would be devin the dude.... as for bossie, ehh... it's okay....  could have done a third verse himself, or if wanted a collabo for this song, who would fit perfect would be IItru from the old mo thugs days....

4. Talk to Me
Produced by Tight Mike & Solo
i felt the beat was goin' to take off with twista but it stayed the same... kind threw me off at the beginning but it's cool... i like this song.....

5. Yellow Light feat. R. Kelly
Produced by The Legendary Traxster
i really liked the beat for this track... shit was awesome... but once again the autotune just didn't work here.... nice feature too....

6. Walkin On Ice feat. Gucci Mane & OJ Da Juiceman
Produced by Xavier "Zaytoven" Dodson
okay... didn't finish the track.... skip...

7. Wetter
Produced by The Legendary Traxster
classic collabo, already a classic

8. Billionaire feat. Busta Rhymes
Produced by Caution & Velly
thought this would be sumthin' special... guess not

9. Yo Body feat. Do or Die & Johnny P
Produced by The Legendary Traxster
po pimpin remix 10... lol... always the same concept when these guys collaborate

10. Hustla
Produced by STREETRUNNER & I.L.O.
autotune... skip...

11. Gotta Get Me One feat. Static Major
Produced by The Legendary Traxster
song is okay..... thats all i have to say for this one... nuthin' special

12. On Top feat. Akon
Produced by Good Will and MGI
typ. akon track and feature... nuthin' special..... skip...

13. Jump Off
Produced by Chad Beatz
the beat is cool... flows nice... ehhh... avg....

14. Wanna See ’Em Buss feat. Liffy Stokes
Produced by Toxic
i really liked the beat on this one but the content could've been different... don't know the collabo... i'm sick of the auto tune though.... damn it!!!! lol

15. Birthday
Produced by Marlin Hookman Bonds Productions
skip

Just listened for the first time yesterday...yeah i'm late but sh*t after hearing the snippets i wasn't too crazy to listen.

1. Misunderstood feat. Buk (of Psychodrama)
Produced by The Legendary Traxster
what a great way to start off the album... i wish that the verses between the two sounded more like they meshed together.... it doesn't sound like it was done right to me... but traxster... great way to start off the album...

 - This is a decent track, however the beat could have been a lil bit more grimey.  I would have actually put AK of Do or Die on this one instead of Buk.  Your right they didn't mesh well with this one, seemed like Buk was just randomly freestylin or his verse was meant for another track.

2. American Gangsta
Produced by Toxic & John Gant
really enjoyed this track.... he fuccin' rode the beat perfectly... will be listening to this one again...

- Decent track.  Although I feel the title is sorta lame, maybe he should have done this last year and been on the movie soundtrack or something.

7. Wetter
Produced by The Legendary Traxster
classic collabo, already a classic

- I fucc wit this.  Not better then the original but still good nonetheless.  Probably best song on the album.

9. Yo Body feat. Do or Die & Johnny P
Produced by The Legendary Traxster
po pimpin remix 10... lol... always the same concept when these guys collaborate

- cheap imitation of their own classic song "Do you" that was on Do or Die's album years back...Autotune and JP is a no no.

These the only tracks i will review since I can't even remember the others.  Might have been about 2 other ones that were decent but maaaaaan.  If he fell off (album-wise) after Kamikaze then he's finally smashed his face up against the concrete with this one.

Real Twista fans go play ya Ressurection, Adrenaline Rush, Speed Knot Mobstaz, Kamikaze albums once more....Twist is done.

there is like 4 or 5 cool songs on here , better than his last album .  the production is cool , they shoulda put that song with TechN9ne on the album though .  Misunderstood , Fire , Yo Body , Yellow Light  , American Gangster  were cool songs .  the rest so so .

man this album is average... when the hell is twista gonna drop a solid album? nearly 1/2 of this album is aimed at the radio/mainstream crowd. i thought he would learn his lesson from his last two albums... i guess kamikaze still stands as the last album i buy from twista. at least we'll get some real dope midwest albums from Tech N9ne "KOD" & BONE THUGS "UNI-5" dropping later this year that sure wont dissappoint...

Yeah i wanna hear that new Bone Thugs - Uni 5 album .   should be fire  8)
