couldnt find it, from my understanding it might be the paint the native americans used to put on their face??

Where is this line from?

Wasn't there a rapper named Kwame who wore pokadots or something?  Like late 80's, early 90's?

hes an eighties rapper and his schtick was to wear polka dots...he went on to be a pretty successful producer.

LOL, i think you're right, i don't know WHO IN THE HELL you're talking about, but i would put an easy twenty dollars that it's not "Guame", but Kwame, because that would be Game name dropping...again.
