man i have to go wit tech n9ne he is the most versitile rapper ever he can rap to any thing any beat or sound
i ve heard him rap to machine gun fire peep the track stamina i think dats it

I've gone with Em. Even though I liked his style on "Infinite" better his delivery and flow have come up so much since the SSLP imo, he's getting tighter and tighter in those departments with every song he releases imo. Plus he doesn't have just one set way of flowing, he can switch it up to fit whatever beat he's rapping over.

No Chino votes? Were's Pr1mo at. Anyways, I gotta go with Crooked. In that list, his the best, his delievery is the smoothest, and he always gots something clever to say.

exactly...when someone can rock a machine gun beat then they can speak...he can rock any track with anyone...he has held his own with the hardest muthafuckas(C-Bo, Lynch, Spice 1, Yuk), the most lyrical(KRS, Chino, Kool G), he tears up rock tracks, midwest beats, west coast beats, south beats...
