Both of these tracks are really good (flow is very sharp), there still might be hop for MIW.
I don't think this is Khalil, obviously very Khalil inspired but imo the beat is too muddy, his are usually clean. Probably Soopafly.

It sounds like a leftover to me, maybe because the beat doesn't sound mastered, whereas World of a Gangsta was a lot more polished. But it's a good song for an album cut, if that's what it is. It would be nice to hear Snoop not try to be conservative this time around with his topical matter and speak on some real issues instead of being diplomatic about this and that. This song kind of gives me the impression Snoop might be "letting his hair down" as they say, this time around.

the video version sounds mastered. The sound is cleaner and the part with the organs rolling (i think) sounds crisper. And the beat doesnt drown out the vocals as much on the new version.
