agreed. Heavy, Lord Knows, Die 2nite, Corner . . . . every track on that album is amazing and has a message. . .

its interesting that you should make this thread because lately ive been bumping this album nonstop - particularly 2pac's second verse on Heavy

if u choose to apply yourself
go wit the grain
and come 2 riches and the bitches and the fame
heavy in the game

Arguably. I used to prefer AEOM over this record, but over the years I started to appreciate this type of songs more. Both are both classics though.

Personally I still label that one Bone album as the best rap album of all time, but MATW is in my top 5 of best records ever made.

"Me Against The World" to me was the defining album of Pac's career. It seemed like his most foccussed solo effort.

Got a question:

I know Easy Mo Bee is from NY, but R all the others producers from NY too ?

I heard some say it looks more like an east coast album

ultimate fuckin classic

Through my childhood, wild as a juvenile
A young nigga tryin to stay away from Riker's Isle
Me and my homies breakin nights, tryin to keep it true
Out on the roof sippin 90 proof, ain't nuttin like the old school....
