Dr.Luke i dont know. Stargate produce allmoust every rhianna or Ne-yo hit you heard.. And they are know in partnership whit Jay-z for a new production company..

A little surprised Dre didn't make it after his work with Em, 50 and Game plus others but lol at Khalil deserving a pot on the list. He hasn't done anything big so far thats had a notable impact on hip hop. Sure he's produced some monster beats but then so have Just Blaze, Battlecat and Hi-tek.
The Neptunes and Timbaland get a lot of love for me especially for the stuff they were doing at the start of the decade. Some of the beats were completely outside the box but they managed to find a note on the piano that'd make it sound perfect. JD for his work with Usher and Mariah Carey in 04/05 deserved a mention cause that Usher album had some bangers as did Mariahs (he basically injected life into both their careers).
